The Erasmus Hall Dutchman continued their dominant run in the PSAL with their fourth straight PSAL Championship victory. Head Coach Danny Landberg has created such a dominant program on the field for Erasmus Hall that they have become one of the major recruiting grounds in New York for Division One schools, especially Rutgers. The 21-0 win over Canarsie capped off a dominant season where they went undefeated in the PSAL and were highly competitive against a few nationally ranked programs early in the season. This victory over Canarsie was one of the most hyped-up games in all of New York this season so let's take a look at who showed up when it mattered as we look at our top performers.

Andrews had a really solid game especially in the first half where he was so difficult for Canarsie to bring down. Andrews ability to turn what looked to be limited limited gains to to 4-6+ positive yards by breaking tackles wore down the Canarsie defense. Andrews scored Erasmus Hall's second touchdown of the day and was the motor of their dominant run game that had success all game.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["505386"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"In Erasmus Hall's ground and pound style of offense that features a few different athletic runners opportunities for talents like [player_tooltip player_id='505386' first='Lyrick' last='Samuel'] don't come all the time. However, when it matter most Samuel had a really nice route on a free release where he was able to get some space between the Canarsie cornerback and safety to bring in a really nice pass from [player_tooltip player_id='233616' first='Vincent' last='Cajano III'] for the 3rd and final touchdown of the game which really put the game out of reach.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["236383"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='236383' first='Damon' last='Ennett III'] was a part of a really incredible team performance by the Erasmus Hall defense. When passes were completed Ennett III was often there to finish plays and finish them physically.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["545891"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='545891' first='Ryan' last='Alexander'] was really effective all game for Erasmus Hall.
