Juan Gaston Jr. Juan Gaston Jr. 6'7" | 330 lbs | OL Westlake | 2025 State GA JR – OL – Westlake
We’ve written about Juan Gaston Jr. Juan Gaston Jr. 6'7" | 330 lbs | OL Westlake | 2025 State GA Jr. for a long time now and he’s FINALLY starting to see his recruitment take off. The massive offensive tackle from Atlanta has 5-star potential and is coming off a dominant sophomore season. The giant 6-foot-8 330-pounder has plenty of size, but he still has a lean frame for someone who weighs as much as he does. He’s also one of the most athletic prospects at his size that I’ve seen in years. He has long arms, he’s physical, and moves well for his size. He’s an ideal pass-protector with his length and overall strength, and he’s dominant in the running game as well. He was a pancake machine at left tackle this season, and it’s led to a major offer from thee in-state Georgia Bulldogs. Look for more to come his way as we think he’s a top-5 player in Georgia for the 2023 class.
Mantrez Walker Mantrez Walker 6'1" | 210 lbs | LB Buford | 2025 State GA – LB – Buford
One of the hottest linebacker prospects in Georgia right now, Walker is coming off a promising sophomore season for Buford this past year and made a big impact on a defense loaded with talent. He’s quick, gets to thee ball-carrier, and knows how to deliver a big hit when he gets there. At 6-foot-1 215-pounds, he has D1-caliber size and has the potential to put on even more muscle over the next two seasons. He reads the play well, gets off blocks, and he’s a sure tackler. He loves to leave a bruise when he hits, and he left lots of them as a sophomore last year. He’s a tough, physical linebacker, and it’s easy to see his D1 potential. He earned a new offer recently from Penn State and there are more likely on the way.
CJ Wiley CJ Wiley 6'4" | 200 lbs | WR Milton | 2025 State GA – WR – Alpharetta
One of the fastest-rising 2025 receivers in the state right now, Wiley is a big-bodied target with length at 6-foot-4 190-pounds. A jump-ball weapon who can be a reliable option in the red-zone, Wiley has SEC-caliber size and earned a major offer this week from the in-state Georgia Bulldogs. He has a very high ceiling as a receiver who has a chance to continue to improve and develop over the next two seasons. He shows strong hands, and his ability to high-point the ball in the air makes it tough for smaller defenders to cover him in one-on-one situations. His football is still way ahead of him, and that’s a big reason why his recruitment is really starting to pick up. It’s easy to see his raw talent, and he’s only going to get better from here. Look for him to have an outstanding junior season next year for an up and coming Alpharetta program.
