While many outlets do not continue ranking of spotlighting prospects during the next five weeks, we have always believed in following the entire season through until the very end – this year the week before Christmas.
As we look back to Week 11, there were once again some quality performers who stood out and deserve the recognition for making positives happen – win or lose.
Here are some very talented Floridians:
Tampa Catholic brock a 22-game losing streak to defending state champion Tampa Jesuit, 20-19, When Oklahoma commitment Lewis Carter Lewis Carter 6'0" | 200 lbs | LB Tampa Catholic | 2023 State FL blocked a punt for head coach Jeris McIntyre’s team came through with a huge win, heading into the playoffs.
Logan Hoard was 15 of 26 for 192 yards as New Port Richey River Ridge (6-4) beat Cypress Creek.
Lakeland (10-0) wrapped up the Class 4S-District 7 title and its 29th consecutive year of making FHSAA playoffs after getting a 4-yard touchdown run by Don’Ares Johnson and a 25-yard touchdown run by D’marius Rucker.
Junior Kaden Shields-Dutton sparked Orlando Edgewater, rushing for two touchdowns, including the game-winner with 7 minutes, 47 seconds left. Quarterback Chase Carter added a rushing score for the Eagles, who now prepare for the Class 3M playoffs.
Senior quarterback Collin Hurst Collin Hurst 5'10" | 175 lbs | QB Davie Western | 2023 FL led Davie Western to a 49-22 win over Plantation. The record-setting passer helped the Wildcats to over 300 yards of total offense. Fellow seniors British Mitchell Jr. (receiver) and Matthew Wilson (RB) contributed to the offensive output.
Palm Beach Central quarterback Ahmad Haston Ahmad Haston 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Wellington Palm Beach Central | 2023 State FL threw three touchdowns and led the Broncos over Miami Carol City, 34-28. With the victory, the Broncos will finish the regular season at 9-1.
Wide receiver Tristin Taylor broke off on a 93-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and the Stuart Martin County Tigers (8-2) finished off the regular season with a 27-22 win over Jensen Beach.
Orel Gray rushed for over 250 yards and the Jacksonville University Christians added another touchdown in the second half to pull away in a 29-10 win against Jacksonville Bishop Kenny.
2024 DB Jonathan Fitzgerald, DB, Jacksonville Raines came up with an impressive 5 sacks.
Caleb Makovsky finished off the regular season for Delray Beach American Heritage with 4 tackles and a fumble recovery.
Kissimmee Osceola standout defensive back Jayden Bradford Jayden Bradford 6'1" | 170 lbs | DB Osceola | 2023 FL had an interception for the fourth straight game – finishing the regular season with 5.
2023 Orlando The First Academy standout Trey Newsome had 17 tackles – finishing the regular season with 77.
Class of 2023 SS Brian Baldeo in his last game at the high school level for Celebration had 12 tackles.
Orlando Lake Highland Prep’s Karson Siqueiros-Lasky Karson Siqueiros-Lasky 6'1" | 170 lbs | QB Seminole | 2024 FL helped his team remain unbeaten with a 49-18 win over Jupiter Christian, throwing 5 touchdown passes and 292 yards. 2025 Receiver Landon Towns had 4 receptions 199 yards.
Rylan Hale, Yulee LB/TE had 4 carries 45 yards, 1 rushing TD, 1 catch 8 yards, 1 receiving TD, 9 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 1 Sack, 1 forced fumble 1 defensive TD and a blocked Punt.
Another big week for Miami True North – as Zach Katz (15/21, 204 yards 2 TDs 1 interception and 3 rushes for 50 yards 1 TD), JonJon Delgado (5 rushes 66 yards 1TD and 5 tackles 1 INT For 30 yards), Jasen “JROC” Lopez (6 receptions, 109 yards, Kick Return 27 -yards), Tristan Smith (8 tackles 2 for Loss), Stephen McCloud (5 tackles, 1 forced fumble and 3 sacks) and George Harris Jr. (5 tackles).
2024 Miramar QB Kael Alexander Kael Alexander 6'4" | 195 lbs | QB Miramar | 2024 FL played just one half against Hollywood South Broward, but completed 8 of 12 for 184 yards 4 touchdowns,
2023 Palm Beach Gardens QB Brand Campbell was 13 of 19 for 272 yards and 5 scores, ending the regular season 7-3.
Delray Beach Atlantic 2025 QB Lincoln Graf was 16 of 21 for 302 yards and 3 touchdowns – and Mi’Kel Hendrix 2023 had 4 Sacks, 4 Hurries and 9 Tackles.
St. Petersburg Northeast 2025 Keontae Williams Athlete had 16 tackles 1.5 TFL and a PBU.
2024 DB Angel Miles Dade City Pasco had two more interceptions, giving him 5 on the season.
Isaiah Robinson tossed two touchdowns — both to Josiah Robinson — and ran for a 60-yarder as Deltona won their regular season finale. Anthony May went over 100 yards rushing, and Jude Santana added a touchdown on the ground and had an interception.
Jhamari Harvell rushed for his third touchdown with five seconds left in regulation, sealing a dramatic season-ending win for Jacksonville Sandalwood over Port Orange Spruce Creek, 27-24.
Logan Cook caught a touchdown, and Caden Harshbarger returned a kickoff for another score as Lake Mary beat Daytona Beach Mainland, 20-14. Ajai Harrell Ajai Harrell 6'0" | 180 lbs | WR Daytona Beach Mainland | 2023 FL ran for a short-yardage TD, and Clarence McCloud caught one on a slant from Damarcus Creecy Damarcus Creecy 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Damarcus Creecy | 2023 FL for Mainland.
Cole Hash had touchdowns via rush, reception and interception return as Palm Coast Matanzas crushed Winter Springs, 48-10. Jackson Lundahl threw two TDs. Jayden Sao, Eddy Luna, Clay Vogel and Herby Tima Herby Tima 5'11" | 165 lbs | DB Palm Coast Matanzas | 2023 FL also found the end zone for the Pirates.
Coconut Creek North Broward 2023 QB Alex Wigginton was 10 of 13 for 190 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also carried 7 times for 56 yards.
2023 Fort Walton Beach Choctawhatchee QB Jesse Winslette Jesse Winslette 6'6" | 215 lbs | QB Choctawhatchee | 2024 FL accounted for 226 yards and three scores.
Boynton Beach Somerset Canyons Waden Charles had another quality game, catching 8 balls and a TD.
Javian Jones, 2025 WR West Palm Beach The King’s Academy had 5 catches for 90 yards and yielded no catches from his defensive back position.
In leading his Brooksville Nature Coast team to a fifth straight win, Brady Nowlin had 12 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 pass breakup. RB Chris Cromer carried 37 times for 314 yards and two scores and also made a huge impact on the defensive side of the ball.
Miami Belen Jesuit 2025 DL Davion Dixon Davion Dixon 6'2" | 305 lbs | DL Belen Jesuit Preparatory | 2025 State FL had 9 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 4 QB hurries and 3 huge blocks on offense.
Parkland Douglas RB standout Justin Spano had 198 yards and 3 touchdowns to lead the Eagles to their fifth straight win.
