Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
Jackson Volz, QB- Parrish Community High c/o 24
6’1 185lbs
Volz was a solid player for Parish Community this season. In nine games he passed for 1,385 yards, completing 61% of his passes with 14 touchdowns through the air. He had a QB rating of 105.3. He also rushed for 83 yards and three touchdowns rushing on the season. Volz is an outstanding student with a 4.0 GPA.
Strengths:
- Athleticism to throw on the run with accuracy
- Mobility
- Good ball placement at all three levels
DJ Bullard, LB- Lake Placid High c/o 25
6’1 170lbs
Bullard is a freshman Prospect out of Lake Placid, Florida. He shows a lot of promise and is a player to keep an eye on the next few seasons. In nine games this season he registered 25 tackles, a team leading 10 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. His stock is definitely on the rise and he picked up his first offer from Webber University this month. He’s also a good student with a 3.2 GPA.
Strengths:
- Physical against the run
- Athleticism to play out in space
- Does a good job using his hands to get off blocks
Luke Machristie, OL- Durant High c/o 24
6’4 250lbs
Machristie was part of a very good offensive line that helped pave the way to an 8-3 regular season record and a playoff berth for the Durant Cougars this season. Machristie was a key component that helped the Cougars rush for 1,490 yards and 28 touchdowns on the season. He also gets it done in the classroom as well with a 3.2 GPA.
Strengths:
- Agile and moves well
- Good technique
- Finishes blocks with authority
Drayk Simmons, WR- Mitchell High c/o 23
6’0 185lbs
Simmons is a playmaker out of Mitchell High located in New Port Richey, Florida. He’s overall one of the best receivers in all of Pasco County. On the season he registered 36 catches for 533 yards, averaging 15 yards per catch with h touchdown receptions. He helped lead Mitchell High to a first-round playoff victory against Springstead. He’s also very good student with a 3.6 GPA.
Strengths:
- Good quickness that allows him to be effective in the slot
- It was a good job tracking the ball in the air
- Can shift gears during his routes to create separation
- Natural hands
