Braylen Roberts- Meek
Braylen Roberts had a breakout sophomore season this fall for Meek, dominating opposing offensive linemen and making plays behind the line of scrimmage all year long. As a sophomore, Roberts was an unreal pass rusher this year, recording 24 sacks and 17 TFLs on the season. Roberts has a great motor that allows him to consistently get after the quarterback/pursue the ball carrier all game- his effort is second to none and the athleticism he possesses really makes him a player offenses have to gameplan around. It’ll be exciting to see how he performs in his junior season!
Tyler Thomas- Cottage Hill Christian

On the season, Thomas recorded 18 sacks and 15 TFLs, consistently making plays in the backfield all throughout the year. Thomas is really physically gifted, his size, strength, and speed all pair up to make him a threat on the defensive line- he can easily shed blocks, pursue, and take down the ball carrier no matter where they are on the field.

Thomas just committed to South Alabama today, and with his talent, he’s definitely going to be a player to keep track of at the next level.
