Adonis White
White was truly the tone-setter in this game giving West Orange the explosive advantage on the ground. Scoring two touchdowns in the first half he displayed his patience and home run speed all night and was a primary reason West Orange came away with a state championship.
Jarvis Jones
Jarvis Jones
The Uconn commit put the icing on the cake in sealing the game with a beautiful interception. Dropping in the right place at the right time. Jones is a tall long athlete that can make plays on both sides of the football and in the biggest game of the season and that most crucial moment is a reason why he’s one of the best athletes in his class.
Xavier Moore
Xavier Moore
Moore was the only standout performer for the Stateliners as this undefeated team only manage to get into the endzone one time and that was after two West Orange turnovers in a row. Moore scored the only touchdown and did it while showing off his physicality and contact balance near goaline.
Amir Stewart
Amir Stewart
Stewart was solid all night, setting it off with a nice deep touchdown pass to Illinois commit Saboor Karriem Saboor Karriem 6'4" | 180 lbs | DB West Orange | 2023 State NJ . He kept the ball the out of harm’s way for most of the game and consistently got the ball into the hands of his playmakers. The standout baseball player and New Jersey City University commit played a solid game and played with much poise in a championship game and a hostile environment.
Myles Snead
Myles Snead
Snead made two of the biggest plays of the game right before halftime. The first play was a tackle for loss on 3rd down that forced a crucial punt by Phillipsburg. Next, he got an interception in Phillipsburg territory that gave West Orange a huge momentum boost and led to a West Orange touchdown. Snead made some impact plays in this game and took West Orange’s momentum to another level.
