Who are they? Let’s take a look…
Prentiss “Air” Noland – QB – Langston Hughes
After a phenomenal junior season where he launched the ball all over the field on a weekly basis, it’s about time Nolan saw some new offers come his way. The big left-handed gunslinger has led arguably the best team in Georgia this year and has made it look easy at times. He has easy D1 size at 6-foot-3195-pounds and has one of the strongest arms across the state. He can make every throw asked of him and does a great job of taking care of thee football, throwing for 46 touchdowns this season with just three INTs. He’s also thrown for 3,288 yards and has completed over 70% of his passes. He earned a giant offer recently from Texas A&M and could see more come his way soon.
Elyiss Williams Elyiss Williams 6'8" | 220 lbs | TE Camden County | 2025 State GA – ATH – Charlton County
One of the top young prospects across South Georgia across all classifications. Williams is a jumbo-athlete out of Charlton County who can change thee game as both an EDGE defender and a tight end. He has ideal size and length for both positions at 6-foot-6 220-pounds and is already one of the top athletes on the field in every game he’s playing in. As a defender, he’s a dominant EDGE defender with enough quickness to get into the backfield and attack the quarterback. On offense, his ball skills and overall size make him a mismatch against most defenders he lines up against. He’s an impactful blocker in the run game and a big target in the passing game. He has 5-star potential in the 2025 class and earned a new offer recently from UCF.
Cayden Trotter – DB – North Cobb
One of thee breakout defensive backs in Cobb County this year, Trotter is a versatile defensive back who knows how to close on the ball in the air as well as the ball-carrier on the ground. The 6-foot-0 180-pounds has length, closing speed, and knows how to make a secure tackle. He was one of the top defenders on a strong North Cobb team this year and has seen plenty of D1 interest come his way as a result. He’s excellent against the run and knows how to cover a lot of ground in coverage down the field. He stepped up in a big way this year and held his own against some quality offenses weekly this fall. He earned his first D1 offer from Indiana this week and could see more come his way once college coaches check out his junior film in the off-season.
CJ Jackson – OLB – Tucker
In today’s era of college football, it’s crucial to have explosive pass-rushers who can get after the quarterback. There’s a new prospect in Gwinnett County who can do exactly that, and it’s junior outside linebacker, CJ Jackson. At 6-foot-4 220-pounds, Jackson is long, athletic, and lightning quick off the snap. He dominated for the Tucker Tigers as a junior this fall and is now seeing his recruitment take off. The elite pass-rusher has earned new offers recently from Georgia, Clemson, Texas A&M, among others. He’s reliable against the run, hit’s hard, and a natural pass-rusher. The raw talent is there, and if he continues to develop more and more this off-season, Jackson could turn into one of the top overall defenders in Georgia for the 2024 class as the rankings continue to be updated. He’s absolutely a 2024 defender to know about moving forward.
