These recruit leaders are likely the core of their teams playoff run this season. There are several recruits who have crossed the 1,000 yards mark after Week 7 of the regular season. Each week these rushing leaders are facing special defensive schemes in attempt to slow them down. However, these talented rushing leaders are still having impressive performances each week. The following rushing leaders have surpassed the 1,000-yard mark in rushing yards. I am reviewing the top five rushing leaders after Week 7 of the regular-season.
Michael Trovarelli Michael Trovarelli 5’11” | 190 lbs | RB Bunnell H.S. Ct. | 2023 New E is a 5’11” 180 pound RB for his team. After seven games this season, he has compiled 1448 total yards on 172 carries. He is seen as a durable runner with speed and athletic abilities. He shows breakaway speed in the open field. Fights hard for extra yards and can break tackles along the way to end zone. Good ball security is seen. HUDL PROFILE
James Green James Green 5’9″ | 175 lbs | RB ledyard H.S. Ct. | 2023 New E is a 5’9″ 175 pound running back. After seven games he has compiled 1417 total yards on 114 carries.
