Jackson Parker has been absolutely electric for the Knights this year. He is the ultimate depiction of a dual-threat quarterback. He has proved to have an excellent arm by throwing for nearly 150 yards per game and excellent scrambling and take-off ability. Every time Parker has decided to use his legs he gains upwards of 8 yards. His versatility has allowed his coordinators to utilize his skill set in various ways getting him opportunities to score frequently. This year Jackson accounts for 22 touchdowns and has been absolutely incredible as an athlete. Parker is a great investment with tremendous potential adding him to a collegiate roster would elevate the team in multiple ways.
Jordan Gowdy
Jordan Gowdy
Jordan Gowdy is a solid linebacker with immense size and athleticism. Gowdy’s talent allows him to play anywhere within the box and still be extremely productive. Jordan is known for how disruptive he is in the run game and how often he is involved in tackles. This year Jordan has been averaging nearly 12 tackles per game displaying his ability to read his keys and play aggressively through blocks. Jordan’s size and ball get-off is what has allowed him to make multiple plays behind the line of scrimmage including multiple tackles for losses and quarterback hurries. Jordan Gowdy has the frame of a power 5 linebacker. With good coaching and opportunities, he will certainly prove to be a great prospect.
Cooper Luke
Cooper Luke
Cooper Luke has won himself the title of WR1 for the knights this year. He is the most consistent and productive receiver on the team. What further separates Luke from the other receivers is his explosiveness with the ball. Cooper averages over 20 yards per reception and a lot of that is produced with what he does after the catch. Cooper has also shown the ability to get behind defenses and stretch the zones creating deficiencies in the defense. He is an all around exceptional athlete with great talent.
