Week 4 Top 5 (MIAA) Performances from Massachusetts

The senior linebacker compiled 22 tackles to help his team defeat their opponent. u0022Murphy is a very good inside plugger who is willing to take on blockers and still make the tackle.  He tackles with strength and very good pad level. He plays fast and has a motor.  He does a nice job keeping his eyes to the backfield while taking on blockers and reading pass or run. Has a bit of nastiness in him that can be seen during his play. He also shows good vision and the ability to see cut back lanes when defenders over pursue.  He has good balance and shows he is able to pull away from defenders in open field.
