1. Isaiah Hudson-Sickles High c/o 24
5’11 170lbs
Hudson has been a revelation for Sickles through seven games this season and is currently leading the state with 57 catches for 920 yards, averaging 16 yards per catch with four touchdown receptions. He’s averaging 131 yards receiving per game. Hudson is an electric player quick twitch athlete that has been a nightmare for Tampa area defenses to defend. He’s a slippery route runner that flashes good body control, possesses natural hands and can punish defenses in a number of ways.
2. Vandrevious Jacobs- Vero Beach High c/o 23
6’1 170lbs
Jacob’s sits at number two in the state through seven games and has been outstanding for the undefeated Vero Beach Indians. The FSU commit currently has 48 receptions for 841 yd, averaging 17.5 yards per catch with 15 touchdowns receiving! He’s averaging 120 yards receiving per game. Explosive player that’s one of the more highly recruited receiver prospects in Florida.
3. BJ Jenkins- Booker T. Washington High c/o 23
5’8 170lbs
Jenkins has climbed up to number three in the state since the last time we ranked the receivers in September. Through week 7 he has 29 receptions for 718 yd, averaging an outstanding 25 yards per reception with 7 touchdowns through the air. He’s averaging 120 yards receiving per game with a long reception of 75 yards. Speed, acceleration and play making ability with the ball in his hands are his strengths.
4. Kenari Wilcher Kenari Wilcher 6'0" | 170 lbs | QB Tallahassee Chiles | 2023 FL – Moore Haven High c/o 23
6’1 185lbs
Wilcher has entered the top five in week 7 for the Moore Haven Terriers. The University of Illinois commit has been a part of a high-powered passing attack that’s led the Terriers to a 4-2 record and in the hunt for the playoffs. He currently has 27 receptions for $675 yards, averaging an outstanding 25 yards per catch with six touchdown receptions. He’s averaging 135 yards receiving per game with a long 70 yd touchdown reception. He also chips in on defense and has 14 tackles.
5. Maddax Fayard- Niceville High c/o 24
5’10 185lbs
Fayard has been a stud playmaker for the 6-1 Niceville Eagles through seven games. He enters the top five this week with 40 receptions for 668 yd, averaging 17 yards per catch with five touchdown receptions. He’s averaging 111 yd receiving per game with a long reception of 88 yd. Outstanding receiver that possesses the quick twitch to gain instant separation out of his stance, gets in and out of his breaks extremely well and has the deep speed (4.48 40) to blow by defenders. Under the radar player that coaches need to check out immediately.
