Before the season I told yall that this classification has a few divisions that reminds me of the SEC. There are so many teams that have enough talent to win the championship every season. I've seen teams 7-4 not even make the playoffs. It gets real competitive with these guys. Here are my thoughts on how the season will end.

Tupelo

I think that when we look at the 6A North we can see that Tupelo has been pretty impressive. I think they are the team to keep an eye on when we look at that side. They have [player_tooltip player_id='344100' first='Jeremiah' last='Harrell'] at quarterback who is doing an amazing job. Qua Middlebrooks has been a good running back for them. [player_tooltip player_id='340864' first='Daelyn' last='Patton'] is a receiver that they count on as well as [player_tooltip player_id='139851' first='JQ' last='Witherspoon']. Their defense is very stout led by [player_tooltip player_id='413138' first='Tristan' last='Jernigan']. They also have a freshman by the name of [player_tooltip player_id='212365' first='JaReylan' last='McCoy']. This team has a lot of talent and they are playing with a lot of chemistry. I'm ready to see how this plays out for them.

Starkville

The Yellowjackets have [player_tooltip player_id='273258' first='Trey' last='Petty'], [player_tooltip player_id='340821' first='Jaylon' last='York'], [player_tooltip player_id='139597' first='Braylon' last='Burnside'], Courtland Sanders and a few more guys who can make things happen for them. They have been off to a bumpy start of division play. I think they can turn it around if they can find a way to be perfect from here on out. Eric Thomas and Tony Lucious are leaders on that line, and they need their defense to get back gritty. I want to see them step up some more. Right now things are looking rough.

Madison Central

I truly think that Madison Central can find a way to stay disciplined and make it back to the 6A North Half. I think they are truly balanced and can do anything with [player_tooltip player_id='108930' first='Vic' last='Sutton'] healthy. DeAndre Pullen can break a long run at any time and [player_tooltip player_id='108979' first='Isaiah' last='Spencer'] is always lights out. [player_tooltip player_id='139634' first='Joe' last='Koury'] is a general on their offensive line. The Jaguar defense has been playing pretty good. [player_tooltip player_id='346401' first='Ryan' last='McCall'] is the man in the middle for this bunch. This team has been playing good since division play has started. Let's see if they can keep it up.

Clinton

Clinton is going to always be gritty and keep themselves fighting. I think if they can keep up a good pace they may be able to find themselves in the playoffs this year. They have some good coaches who know how to win. Their is championship experience all throughout their staff. They have the players to get it done. The questions will come down to their depth.

Oxford

This team has been on a roll as well. Roman Gregory is leading this offense and [player_tooltip player_id='106161' first='Mack' last='Howard'] has stepped in doing his thing. [player_tooltip player_id='106769' first='Alex' last='Sanford'] has been the general on their defense. I think they have what it takes to keep some teams on their toes for the rest of the season. Let's see how this plays out for them.

Brandon

We all know that [player_tooltip player_id='273250' first='Landon' last='Varnes'], Nate Blount, [player_tooltip player_id='108964' first='Jarvis' last='Durr'] and [player_tooltip player_id='107036' first='Lester' last='Miller'] has this offense on roll. Brandon has a very good team and has been holding off other teams for some good wins this year. Their offense is so balanced and they can do what they want when they want. They have a very good defense as well. These guys have what it takes to make it back to state.

Ocean Springs

I really want to see these guys get over the hump. Every year they have so much talent. Brayson Hubbard is an Alabama commit that has been lights out this year. He's putting up big numbers and is a threat on offense at all times. JP Coulter is a dog at receiver. They should nickname him always open. Defense is where they have stepped up. Eric Moore has been doing very good this season. If they can find a way to stop people in clutch moments I believe they will get over the hump.

Oak Grove

Oak Grove has a lot of talent on their team. [player_tooltip player_id='344082' first='Anthony' last='Maddox'] has over one thousand all purpose yards and he can be a guy that can lead this bunch deep in the playoffs. Kylin Champagne knows how to tote the rock. They have weapons on offense. [player_tooltip player_id='350938' first='Andrew' last='Maddox'] is a big boy who they can rely on for the trenches. [player_tooltip player_id='340817' first='Jaylen' last='Aborom'] is a dog in the secondary. This bunch also has the tools. Let's see how they do for the rest of the season.

Before the season I told yall that this classification has a few divisions that reminds me of the SEC. There are so many teams that have enough talent to win the championship every season. I've seen teams 7-4 not even make the playoffs. It gets real competitive with these guys. Here are my thoughts on how the season will end.
