Javaris Harris – Greene County
A speedy junior receiver with big play ability, Harris has had no problem getting past defenders and eluding them left and right this season. A solid athlete who knows how to get big yards after the catch, Harris has dominated the last two weeks and has put together an excellent 2022 season so far as a junior. The small-town playmaker has caught 42 passes so far this season for 707 yards and 9 touchdowns. His biggest game came in mid-September against Oglethorpe County where he caught an amazing 14 passes for 221 yards and four touchdowns. In his previous game, Harris caught 7 passes against Warren County for 177 yards and two more touchdowns. He’s on a tear right now and has a chance to light up the stat sheet for the rest of the season. He’s a small-town receiver on top of his game right now.
Eric Singleton – Alexander
In the small town of Douglasville is where you’ll find one of the more underrated senior receivers west of Atlanta. At 5-foot-11 and 165-pounds, Singleton has been a reliable weapon all season for Alexander, earning at least 80 years receiving in every game so far in 2022. He’s one of the fastest receivers in the area and can beat defenses in multiple ways. He’s great after the catch, making him a dependable option in the short passing game, but he has enough speed to get behind the secondary for a big gain as well. He’s caught 42 passes so far this year for 725 yards, averaging over 103 yards per game. He’s also scored 8 receiving touchdowns and another one on a kick return. He’s a weapon anytime he has the ball and his stock continues to improve week by week.
Brady Tillman – East Coweta
An under the radar receiver with plenty of speed, Tillman has been a go-to weapon on offense for an East Coweta team on the rise. An incredibly dangerous playmaker after the catch, Tillman is a natural runner who knows how to get open on his own down the field. He’s a crisp route runner who has been tough to stop all year long for opposing defenses. The playmaking senior has had an excellent season this fall, catching 41 passes so far for 701 yards, averaging over 87 yards per game. He’s been a touchdown machine as well, finding the end-zone at least once in every game this season, with a total of 13 scores. He’s gone over 100 receiving yards in four games this year, with his biggest game of the season coming against Lowndes where he caught 8 passes for an outstanding 201 yards and five touchdowns in a. big 49-34 victory. He’s truly an under the radar 2023 wideout to know about for the rest of the season.
Antavious Murphy Antavious Murphy 5'10" | 165 lbs | DB Bainbridge | 2024 State GA – Bainbridge
One of the top receivers in South Georgia so far this year, the Bainbridge athlete is on a tear so far this season as a senior. One of the top two-way players in the area, there isn’t much Murphy can’t do on the field. The 5-foot-10 170-pounder is a true ball-hawk with reliable hands and playmaking ability. He’s been tough to handle as a receiver the last two weeks, going for 152 yards and three touchdowns against Westover followed by a 117-yard two touchdown game against Shaw. Look for him to continue to see passes come his way for the rest of the season. The Bainbridge star currently has 40 receptions on the season for 640 yards and 10 touchdowns, making him one of the more productive receivers in South Georgia so far this season.
