Castex is one of the more explosive players around the region, and did not disappoint in week 6. He exploded for 123 yards rushing and 1 TD, while adding a pick on defense against Capital Christian. He is a fluid athlete in space that shows elite long speed and shows good wiggle in tight spaces while able to also catch the ball naturally and make big plays out of nothing. Arizona State and Colorado State have offered the talented ’25 prospect, but it will not be long until other P5 schools follow suit as he is one of the top ’25 recruits Sacramento has.
Highlights
Greule is a no brainer FBS caliber kid and will only continue to grow and develop. Starting on one of the top teams in the state as a Freshman, he has dominated on both sides this season and is turning into a big time prospect with a relentless motor. Extremely violent and physical at the POA, he is a true technician with natural bend, initial explosion, heavy hands and the ability to rush the passer from both inside and on the edge. As he grows and adds length, he should develop into a defensive end at the next level and is already very polished for a second year player. Within the 2025 class, he is one of the states best.
Highlights
Miller is a very efficient quarterback that is a true dual-threat and executes the Sutter offense at a high level. He shows a quick release and can throw outside the pocket/across his body and is accurate on short/intermediate throws. During the first half of this season, he has done tons of damage on the ground showing a strong initial burst through the first level, vision in tight windows in-between the tackles and shows he can bounce off arm/ankle tackles in the open field while always falling forward. Making everything seem effortless and displaying a high football IQ/calm demeanor when commanding the offense, Miller can play a variety of positions at the next level and is a college caliber prospect.
TE/LB Dylan Fear, Lincoln HS
Fear is a no brainer next level kid with length and some position versatility. Able to come off the edge with bend and a quick use of hands he is physical upon contact and plays with a relentless motor backside with pursuing and closing. Also showing solid lateral movement for someone his size when scraping over the top, he could very well find his home at inside linebacker at the next level. He is a strong tackler in the box while taking good angles in the open and can get off blocks efficiently. From his tight end position, he shows soft hands, an explosive first step when down/combo blocking and can stretch the field vertically while doing a nice job at using his length to box out smaller defenders.
