What head coach Ronnie Douglas and his football team did last year was put this program back on the map.
While they were successful in the past, it had been a few years since the Eagles were in the spotlight – but that all changed when they beat all odds and reached the final at Fort Lauderdale’s DRV PNK Stadium.
All off season this program was recognized no matter where they went, and when the season started, many who follow high school football picked this team as one of the strong 3S teams in Florida, and they have not disappointed.
Running off seven straight wins, outscoring the opposition 259-52, this is a team that certainly has been impressive. With a key district road game against Pensacola Escambia this week, it will be back to work as this team now enjoys playing the role of the favorite.
