It is time to look at what we learned from the games, teams, and players in week three of the high school football season.
Greenwood Bulldogs
The Greenwood Bulldogs are one of the most talented teams in the state of Arkansas. The Bulldogs have plenty of talent on both sides of the ball and it was on full display in Siloam Springs on Friday night. Greenwood put the game away early in a 61-7 victory over the Panthers. In week four, the Bulldogs will play host to the Van Buren Pointers.

One prospect that college scouts are going to want to keep an eye on over the next couple of seasons is Greenwood wide receiver Grant Karnes Grant Karnes 6'0" | 175 lbs | WR Greenwood | 2025 State AR . Karnes is a crisp route runner with the speed to create separation from opposing defensive backs. He can work the intermediate to deep routes with equal effectiveness. Karnes is a wide receiver to watch out for throughout the rest of the season this season.
LJ Robins LJ Robins 5'11" | 165 lbs | WR Greenwood | 2024 State AR -Wide Receiver-Greenwood-2024
Robins does an excellent job of putting his versatility on display every week. Robins does a great job of using his shiftiness and speed to get open for his quarterback. Meanwhile, he also displayed impressive talent returning punts and kicks for the Bulldogs this season. Greenwood is a talented team with the potential to do some big things this season. Keep an eye on the Bulldogs this season.
Prescott Curley Wolves
The Prescott Curley Wolves never disappoint with the talented teams that they produce every season. The 2022 edition of the Curley Wolves is another talented group with the potential to have a deep playoff run this season. Prescott is off to another 3-0 start to the 2022 season, and I expect the high level of play to continue for the Curley Wolves.
Ra’Shawn Bell Ra’Shawn Bell 5'10" | 165 lbs | WR Prescott | 2023 State AR -Athlete-Prescott-2023
Bell is an extremely versatile prospect on both sides of the ball for the Curley Wolves. On the defensive side of the ball, Bell can terrorize opposing wide receivers with his ability to play the ball in the air. Meanwhile, on the offensive side of the ball, Bell uses his speed well to create separation and haul the football. He makes big plays on both sides of the ball and scouts should be keeping an eye on him throughout the season.
Eric Grigsby Eric Grigsby 6'0" | 195 lbs | RB Prescott | 2023 State AR -Running Back-Prescott-2023
The Curley Wolves are doing a great job of implementing Grigsby in both the run and the passing attacks this season. Grigsby is a dangerous in the backfield or lined up at one of the receiver spots. He is another prospect that is off to a tremendous start to the season for Prescott. The Curley Wolves are a dangerous team and have the talent on both sides of the ball to play deep into November this season.
