Conference play is starting to heat up and we are going to look at a matchup to keep an eye on this Friday night. This matchup will have plenty of prospects to watch out for as the season starts to shift toward playoff time. Meanwhile, the Little Rock Mills Comets are off to an impressive 5-0 start to the season. Both Maumelle and Little Rock Mills have talented prospects that folks are going to want to keep an eye on this Friday night. He has the ability to throw the ball into some tight windows. Meanwhile, he is not afraid to use his legs to pick up yardage on the ground. He does an excellent job of getting open for his quarterback. One area that does not get the credit that it should is the fact that Rogers has improved his blocking. He is an extremely unselfish blocker for his teammates. The Mills coaching staff does an excellent job of lining Shaw up all over the field for the Comets. Shaw has punched the ball in the end zone ten times this season and is looking to add to that total this Friday night. Murdock has good speed and is always around the ball carrier. He does a good job of getting into the opposing offensive backfield. The Mills' defense is one of the most talented in the state and Murdock is a prospect to watch out for over the next two seasons.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
