There are a couple of FBS recruits, a couple FCS & a bunch of D2 prospects playing in this anticipated matchup. The arguable 2 biggest prospects playing in this game is USC’s Aidan Besselman Aidan Besselman 6'2" | 190 lbs | ATH Upper St. Clair | 2023 State PA & Jamaal Brown Jamaal Brown 5'11" | 210 lbs | RB Upper St. Clair | 2023 State PA . Brown has been tearing it up running the ball all season long. Peters Towship’s DL Jake Veltech & Roman Costanza Roman Costanza 6'1" | 280 lbs | OL Peters Township | 2023 State PA will have to play their part in stopping Brown from having another big game.
Brown holds 2 FBS offers from Navy, & Army at the moment. Although Jamaal only has 2 FBS deals he owns a plethora of FCS scholarships such as Youngstown St, St. Francis, Maine, RMU, Stony Brook, Richmond, Albany, Monmouth, Indiana St, Lehigh, Fordham, Georgetown. On film JB appears to have improved his top end open-field speed. His lower body strength allows him to maintain his balance while cutting and getting hit simultaneously. JB has been & will continue to be USC’s bread & butter offensively.
Besselman has great makeup speed when the ball is in the air. He has good strength which allows him to hit top end speed quickly. He runs seasoned routes & catches any ball within his radius good or bad. AB seems to be extra skilled at stretching defenses vertically. Similar to Brown Aidan has just 3 FBS offers from Miami (OH), Ohio, & Army respectively. He also has 16 FCS offers, 6 out of those 16 are Ivy League institutions.
Ivory is good at reading his keys & is a great zone dropper. He has tremendous speed & strength which manifest itself in pursuit of the ball. Travers is very productive at LB causing multiple fumbles & TFLs on his film. IT has a bunch of FCS interest but nobody has offered him just yet.
Mark is thumper that brings power wherever there is a collision. He isn’t terribly agile but he has a good motor. Banbury is good at using his hands to shoot the gap on run plays. His effort often time puts him in the backfield & wrecks offensive chemistry. MB has a offer from D2 Fairmont State & has been getting a lot of attention from FCS schools but none offered.

The Cosstanza plays with a low pad level which allows him to be powerful driving people off the ball. He is a steady reliable protector in run & pass game. His reach & downblocks are effective due to his effort. Roman did the FCS camp circuit this summer & got on some schools radar.
Jake Veltech

JV is very agile and fluid working pass rush moves getting after the QB. He has good strength along With a good get off. Jake has very violent hands & uses them well firing off getting rid of OL. Even though he’s light his lower half being so strong helps him when office of lineman try to drive him out of the box. At OG he is a great puller that always gets his man. Obviously he is to light to play OG in college, but he could be a lower level Center if he ever had to switch positions.
Woods is a dangerous playmaker running or catching the ball out of the backfield. He patiently maneuvers through the middle of the field on inside runs. Once Richie spots daylight he rarely gets caught from behind. Richie has good top end speed in the open field which normally goes for 6 points. Woods is a hard nosed runner & good pass protector. On the recruiting front he’s being courted by FCS & D2 schools mostly.
Brendan Mccullough

On offense he has great body control running routes. He has great change of direction skills & can put his foot into the ground & cut going full speed. At DB he plays with confidence & doesn’t give up his over the top leverage on deep passes. Brendan’s ball skills are great on defense & offense. McCullough’s string hands make him one of the most reliable targets on Peters Townahip. Brendan’s fluid smooth movements can probably be attributed to his basketball ability. He is currently being recruited by several D1 programs. The funny thing about that is that BM is also capable of being a scholarship “football” athlete.
Carter has great ball skills with strong hands to match. He’s a consistent producer of YAC yds & can take it to the house anytime he touches the ball. Carter is tough cover in man coverage downfield due to his homerun hitting speed. Shanafelt is good at breaking down and bursting back to the football. Carter isn’t intimidated catching the ball over the middle or in traffic.
