Peters has had a terrific start for Escalon thus far and just helped beat a strong Windsor team from the North Coast Section and ran physical all night. The medium school also almost knocked off valley power Buchanan in week 1 which is a preview of how dominant they should be this season. So far through three games, Peters has over 600 yards, 12 touchdowns and is averaging over 8-yards per carry. A no brainer next level player, he should collect D-III+ interest as he moves through his last high school season.
Arthur Draeger, Liberty Ranch HS
Draeger is coming off a very nice Junior campaign but has taken off right where he left off in 2021. In three games played in 2022, he has already rushed for over 500 yards and 11 touchdowns while averaging 14 yards per carry. Liberty Ranch is much improved and has a talented roster, look for the Galt team to make some noise this season.
Carter Jackson Carter Jackson 5'9" | 175 lbs | ATH Granite Bay | 2025 State CA , Granite Bay HS
Jackson has been one of the fastest rising ’25 recruits across Norcal to start the season and seems to put up 200+ yards rushing week in and week out as the work horse back for the Grizzlies. He recently picked up offers from Arizona and Utah, with other FBS schools most likely to come knocking sooner rather than later. Through the first three weeks, he is up over 500 yards rushing, averaging 8.7 YPC and a impressive 10 touchdowns against some strong Northern California opponents.
Jaxson Percoats Jaxson Percoats 5'10" | 180 lbs | WR Buhach Colony | 2023 State CA , Buhach Colony HS
Percoats has been one of the better offensive weapons across the valley since his Sophomore season and impressed at multiple events this off-season after coming off a very nice 2021 season. He is versatile, can catch the ball out of the backfield with home-run speed and is tough to bring down in the open field with contact balance and natural forward lean.
Carlos Baez, Livingston HS
The talented Senior back is closing in on 500 yards and should get there after this weeks game. Through the first three weeks, he is up to 475 yards on the ground, 7 touchdowns and averaging over 150 yards per game running the rock. He is explosive with a strong initial burst and is a smooth runner in the open field while able to bounce it outside when needed but can fit into tight windows and is patient in-between the tackles.
Tyler Jacklich Tyler Jacklich 6'2" | 210 lbs | RB Central Catholic | 2023 State CA , Central Catholic HS
Jacklich is a no brainer FCS+ caliber player at the outside linebacker position, but his ability to run the ball against top competition in the valley is very impressive. He is a tough and angry ball carrier that runs through contact, shows foot speed and leg drive upon contact and always finishes off runs with nasty intentions. Leading the way for a physical yet explosive offense, Jacklich holds offers from Western Oregon and Idaho, but other FCS and even FBS schools should show interest and offer as he is one of the top linebackers Norcal has to offer.
