Jacob Zamot Jacob Zamot 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB Millville | 2025 NJ , Millville, 2024, @jacobzamot
The Millville offense has begun the season on fire, with Jacob putting up monster numbers and taking advantage of defenses with arguably the best receiving core in the state. Through two games he’s put up 576 yards and 5 touchdowns with a whopping 26 yards per completion. Jacob shows great athleticism to avoid the pass rush and shows an effortless ability to push the ball down the field. Zamot recently visited Syracuse University and will face a tough challenge this weekend against Williamstown.
John Zohlman John Zohlman 6'3" | 200 lbs | QB Moorestown | 2024 NJ , Moorestown, 2024, @JohnZohlmanIV
College scouts will tell you, accuracy is the name of the game in High School, since that number tends to drop when the speed of the game (and defenses) increase at the next level. Well how does a 71% completion percentage grab you? Through 2 games Zohlman has completed an incredible 20 of 28 passes for 346 yards and 3 touchdowns for the Quakers. He keeps his eyes downfield in the scramble, making plays on designed rollouts and has a very nice deep ball. John and the Quakers look to continue their success against the 1-1 Northern Burlington Greyhounds this weekend.
Brady Cavallaro, Old Bridge, 2023
39/59 564 yds, 7 TDs
Brevin Cooney Brevin Cooney 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Ridgefield Park | 2023 State NJ , Ridgefield Park, 2023 @brevincooney
In the one game he’s played this year, he’s already thrown 4 TDs on 23 completions and 300 plus yards. Brevin can flat out sling it, with a great arm and good touch to lead his receivers for yards after the catch. He can run too, with good accuracy in the scramble and adding 4 rushing TDs to his 2021 totals. That’s a real good start to the season.
Liam Londergan, Seton Hall Prep, 2024
38/58 comp, 377 yds, 4 TDs
Tim Search, Collingswood, 2023, @CollsHSFootball
The big 6’3, 190 pound Senior has been throwing the long ball with impressive fashion already this season, completing 38 passes for over 500 yards and 3 TDS over two games. He’s a patient passer who is particularly effective over the middle, but also throws a nice fade route and has the arm strength to complete the deep out. Timmy will be looking to leading his team to a 2-1 start, Friday night at Gateway regional.
Nick Minicucci, Don Bosco Prep, 2023
The Delaware Blue Hens commit has had a great season so far and against well known out of state competition. He’s 34/58 for 516 yards and 3 touchdowns with a 102.1 QBR. I love Nick’s mobility and when he throws on the run, he’s as accurate as they come. He can square up and complete deep passes scrambling to his left or right. He’ll be putting those skills to the test with their home opener against rival, St. Joe’s prep.
