THE BULL SHARKS
For a program that is just four years old, things are truly starting to fall into place in southwest Florida.
A team that is building can use all the positives possible, and when they beat Cape Coral (17-14), Immokalee (44-0), Cape Coral Mariner (19-6) and Oasis (42-6), there was plenty to send this program off into the spring and summer – where things began to fall into place.
Even some of the losses were used as motivation, dropping close games to Fort Myers Cypress Lake (22-14 OT), Cape Coral Island Coast (14-12) and Lehigh Acres East Lee County (34-27), which showed that with a break here or there and 2021 could have been a winning season.
As this program heads toward the 2022 season, things have been looking up and there has been a lot of work put in, knowing that this coming year could end up being special, and for a newer program, that is something to continue building on.
Here is a look at some of the prospects to watch this coming season:
