<p>[player_tooltip player_id='278376' first='Connor' last='Cesaro'] 6-3 190 WR North Medford- Cesaro looked good on the 7v7 circuit, showing flashes similar to former teammate Bryce Dyer. A D1 football player at some level, who committed to play hoops at SOU. Connor could very well be one of Oregon's breakout athletes of the year. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='154326' first='Luke' last='Womack'] 6-4 195 WR Nelson- Womack didn't get much varsity time but he looks like the real deal. He should get his opportunity right away after making the transfer from Clack. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='384689' first='Eli' last='Johnson'] 6-4 200 WR South Salem- Johnson had a nice sophomore season catching 13 balls for 120 yards. He has great size and overall athleticism as the son of former Olympian Dan Johnson. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='130391' first='Parker' last='Williams'] 5-10 170 ATH/WR South Salem- This kid has had one of the most impressive off seasons of any athlete in the state. He can play on either side of the ball with the best of them, projecting as a 1st or 2nd team all-conference athlete on O and D. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='383829' first='Pierce' last='Walker'] 5-10 170 WR North Salem- Walker made the move from McNary to North after an impressive off season, where he excelled at multiple camps, including the PRZ event. He's another kid who projects as an all-conference athlete on both sides of the football. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='278407' first='Montral' last='Brazile Jr'] 5-9 160 ATH Jefferson- One of the more exciting kids to watch when in space. Brazil Jr racked up 2nd team all-conference accolades as a sophomore and should be a POY candidate in the PIL. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='278405' first='Clay' last='Martineau'] 6-3 210 WR Oregon City- The Pio's could be Oregon's breakout team of the year this season with kids like Martineau. He is a physical presence on both O and D and excelled as part of Team Lillard on the 7v7 circuit. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='152348' first='King' last='Luafutu'] 5-11 195 WLB Century- Luafutu is one of the fastest rising defensive players in the state for his class, earning 2nd team all-league honors as a sophomore, while racking up 66 total tackles, 5 tackles for loss, and 2 sacks. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='278389' first='Tanner' last='Steinbach'] 5-10 160 ATH Liberty- One of the only sophomores in Oregon to earn all-conference honors on both sides of the football (2nd team D, Honorable mention O) at the 6A level. He isn't the biggest kid but he can play. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='383828' first='Noah' last='Holub'] 6-4 180 LB Valley Catholic- Most aren't aware of Holub yet but they will be. The 6-4 LB earned 1st team all-conference honors at the 4A level, while still being raw with a super high ceiling. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='383833' first='Tyler' last='Creswick'] 6-1 180 WR Putnam- Another kid most aren't aware of, playing for a Kingsmen program that has struggled in years past. He had an outstanding sophomore season, earning 2nd team all-league accolades while catching 9 TDs. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='207259' first='Kyrin' last='Fuimaono'] 6-0 185 QB McKay- Fuimaono started as a freshman and had a phenomenal sophomore campaign, throwing 21 TDs to 4 INTs. He has helped the Royal Scots turn a corner after going 4-21 from 2018-21'. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='301615' first='Demetrius' last='Cartwright'] 6-0 180 WR North Eugene- The Highlanders have been building and have a few of the top 4A athletes in the state on their roster, including Cartwright. He did a little bit of everything last season. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='383827' first='Trevor' last='Bivens'] 6-2 180 LB Sheldon- Bivens showed up at a PRZ event a few months back and looked great. He carried the ball a few times as a sophomore at the varsity level, but projects more on D. </p>
