Mount Dora Works Hard This Summer

<strong>MOUNT DORA FOOTBALL</strong><strong> 2022</strong> <strong>Head Coach: </strong>Luke Hutchinson <strong>2021 Record:</strong> 3-7 <strong>THE HURRICANES</strong> What this off-season has been all about for this football program is to get things pointed back in the right direction. With many changes taking place – on and off the field, this was a spring and summer that this team used to get better. Whether it was as a team or from an individual standpoint, each member of the program worked hard in an effort to get to that next level. While the losses last season hurt, they all served a purpose in getting the student/athletes ready for the challenge of improving. Wins against Winter Garden Horizon (40-33), Orlando Lake Buena Vista (38-6) and a season-ending 53-0 victory over Ocala Lake Weir certainly showed the underclassmen that when things going right – positive things will happen.
