Lakota Johnson- North Bay Haven High c/o 25
5’10 155lbs
Johnson got some playing time last season as a freshman and passed for 72 yards, and also rushed for 55 yards, but will take on a bigger roll this season in leading the Buccaneers offense. Athletic player that can improvise and scramble out of trouble and make big plays with his feet, shows good vision and feel running the ball. He’s a very good student with a 3.6 GPA.
Wells Bettenhausen Wells Bettenhausen 6'5" | 210 lbs | QB Walton - Defuniak Springs | 2025 FL – South Walton High c/o 25
6’4 180lbs
With the graduation of all state player Kemper Hodges, Bettenhausen will look to take the reins for a high-powered Seahawks offense this season. He will have a lot of targets to throw to and the best tight end in the nation in Georgia commit Pearce Spurlin Pearce Spurlin 6'6" | 220 lbs | TE Santa Rosa Beach South Walton | 2023 State FL . Bettenhausen possesses prototype build and arm talent to be a high level Prospect the next few seasons for South Walton. He’s definitely a player college coaches will want to check out this season.
Will Smiley- Bay High c/o 23
6’0 170lbs
Smiley was a bright spot on offense for the Tornadoes in 2021. He’s one of the best pure athletes in the district. He’s a player that can do it all and beat you with his arm or his legs, he’s the top returning quarterback in the district. He had an outstanding spring camp and picked up two D1 offers from Army West Point and the Naval Academy. He committed to Army West Point in April. He’s an outstanding student with a 4.0 GPA!
