Nyckoles Harbor Nyckoles Harbor 6'6" | 220 lbs | DL Archbishop Carroll | 2023 State MDHarbor who very well may be the best DE in the nation has trimmed his illustrious list of offers to just 7, leaving out power houses such as Alabama, Texas A&M, and Clemson. His new list includes Georgia, USC, Michigan, Miami, Maryland, South Carolina, and LSU. Georgia, LSU, and USC all rank high in the NCAA track & field rankings, UGA at #1, LSU #5, and USC #12. We’re expecting Harbor to choose a school he can dominate both on the field and on the track. These schools are on the top of the list for a handful of top MD prospects so the hometown feel may be a factor for Harbor. My PrepRedzone prediction for Harbor is a commitment to UGA, or USC.

Aka “Tree” also released a top 7 schools recently. His list also includes Maryland, South Carolina, and Michigan, these schools have their claws dug deep into the Maryland prospect population. The other schools on his top 7 list are UNC, Ohio State, Rutgers, and NC State. The Buckeyes was his most recent offer (May 20th) and they made the cut. I assume its safe to say that the Buckeye Dynasty is very attractive to tree being that he hasn’t been on a visit to OSU yet. As the 2022 season kicks off expect Tree to really climb in the rankings while accumulating more Power 5 offers.

Ayo Tifase
Ayo was a late bloomer when it came to his recruiting trail but it’s in full swing now. He took the step to narrow his decisions down to just four schools. Ayo’s top 4 includes Florida State, UConn, Virgina Tech, and Arkansas. Leaving out programs such as Miami, Liberty, and Louisville. FSU has 16 active interior D-linemen, UConn has 11, Virginia Tech has 19, Arkansas has 11 also. If it was all up to potential play time UConn and Arkansas are in the lead.

Devin Malloy
Is a U.S. National Team player and team captain at the popular Va. program, Episcopal High School and #6 ranked DB in Virginia. This past season he was named Team MVP, All-Metro, All-State, All-League, and made a 4.0 GPA. He is transferring to MD’s rising power Rock Creek Christian Academy who is loaded next level talent, and even has a handful of player with Power 5 offers. This move could possibly boost his recruiting which makes his next move an interesting one. Malloy will be releasing his Top 6 shortly out of his list of offers which include, Marshall, Air Force, Navy, Army, William & Mary, Dartmouth, PENN, Harvard, & Howard University. Keep a close eye on this new state prospect as he gets into the swing of things with Rock Creek Academy.

Neal continues to shock the entire state! First the transfer from D.C. powerhouse Gonzaga to National power Saint Francis Academy and then the surprise commitment. Last week he released his top 8 schools which included Michigan, Ohio State, NC State, Maryland, Pitt, Rutgers, and Duke. Most would put Ohio State and Michigan at the top of the list, especially when it comes to the recent D-line success each program has had. Neal verbally committed to Pitt during his visit on Sunday June 4th, his commitment announcement wasn’t supposed to be until July 2nd. We’ll keep an eye on Neal as the season progresses, as he’ll be exposed to a national schedule and playing in front of scouts that haven’t seen him in person. We’ll see if his decision sways any as he accumulates more offers before national signing day. For now he is following the footsteps of Aaron Donald and Jaylen Twyman.
