After a disappointing 4-6 finish last season and losing stud QB Brendan Sorsby to the University of Indiana, the Falcons will look to this group of talented seniors to lead them to a playoff berth this fall.
CB Eli Koch – 6’0″ 175 / @ElliottKoch_
Koch has great size for a corner and nice speed. He stays smooth in his backpedal and breaks very well. He’s a willing tackler on the perimeter, and flashes above-average ball skills when in man coverage. Very good when he’s in trail technique, and he’s always in a position to make plays on the football. Had six pass breakups a season ago, and all signs point to a great senior campaign. Has recently competed at the SFA and UT-Permian Basin camps, and will be at the Louisiana Tech camp later this month.
Currently has no offers.
DE K’Alyndon Redmond – 6’2″ 220 / @AlyndonK
Hustle and effort are two words that describe Redmond’s game. He consistently gets his hands inside and shows a nice ability to bull rush offensive tackles. On film, he does a nice of disengaging from blocks, and it’s clear that his motor never stops running. Gets into the backfield with ease.
Currently has a D2 offer from East Central.

FS Xinjin Gomez – 5’10″ 160 / @XinjinGomez1
Junior Stats: 93 tackles, 6 pass breakups, 2 interceptions
Every great safety has terrific instincts, and Gomez certainly fits the bill. A bit undersized for the position, but he makes up for it with a nice combination of ball skills, sideline-to-sideline speed, and his ability to anticipate routes. Also, for a guy who only weighs 160 pounds, he comes downhill and hits with authority. Will be a very nice addition to a small college’s defensive back room. Recently competed at the SFA camp.
Currently has no offers.

DE Gavin Coleman – 6’0″ 215 / @GavinColeman15_
Coleman flashes a lot of ability on tape. He doesn’t take plays off and he makes the most of every rep. Has a nice spin move in his pass rush arsenal, and certainly has a nose for the football. Plays on the defensive line, but I see a move to linebacker in his college future. Has a lot of developmental upside that a small college will covet.
Currently has no offers.

WR Evan Weinberg – 6’4″ 205 / @Evan_Weinberg
Junior Stats: 43 receptions, 514 yards, 4 touchdowns
Weinberg is a matchup problem. Big, physical X receiver who not only has a nice array of releases, but uses his frame to wall off defenders when making a contested grab. Shows some nice body control on film and is a true redzone threat. He may not have elite top-end speed, but this soon-to-be senior is about as durable and reliable as they come out on the perimeter. Has a clip on his Twitter page of him burning a corner for a nice TD catch at the SFA camp recently.
Currently has no offers.
