Rankings Risers:
Lucas Razore Lucas Razore 5'11" | 165 lbs | QB Bellevue | 2024 State WA , Bellevue
As a sophomore, Razore led Bellevue to a state championship and undefeated 14-0 season. He’s not the biggest guy at 5’11” 155 lbs. but flashes some arm strength and ability to push the ball vertically using good clean footwork and strong rotational force in his upper body. Playing in the Bellevue offense, he’s forced to move the pocket and throw on the run to either direction on the majority of his throws which he does efficiently and effectively. Really like his ability to make off balance throws and place the ball in the right spot so only his receiver can make a play on it. He’s a winner that also has strong intangibles as a leader of a big-time program.

Grady Milholen Grady Milholen 6'5" | 225 lbs | QB Camas | 2024 State WA , Camas
Naturally strong and powerful arm for the 6’5” 205 lb. pocket passer out of Camas. He’s a three sport guy (football, basketball, lacrosse) with ideal length and functional athleticism for his size and age. He stands tall in the pocket with a well-balanced throwing platform and a quick compact delivery. Like his ability to be effective at all three levels, natural arm strength gives him good velocity/zip at the short/intermediate depths and good touch/trajectory on the deep ball. Good patience and composure in the pocket under pressure, he allows the play to develop while keeping his eyes downfield and shows he can deliver an accurate ball while taking a hit. Potential to be a quality recruit with continued development of his footwork and mechanics.

Holden Bea Holden Bea 6'2" | 190 lbs | QB Washougal | 2024 State WA , Washougal
Holden was impressive as a starting sophomore for Washougal throwing for nearly 1,400 yards and 14 touchdowns while completing almost 65% of his passes. At 6’2” 190 lbs. he possesses a strong foundational skillset to build on as he gains more experience and develops. Good fluid footwork in his drop back, he’s balanced and maintains his mechanics/fundamentals under pressure. He’s an accurate passer that can attack the defense with quick anticipatory strikes or layer the ball over second level defenders with touch. Good pocket mobility and awareness to feel pressure whether stepping up or escaping to either direction. He shows a high football IQ for a young QB and good command of the offense as a whole with his pre-snap reads.

Rankings Newcomers:
Luke Gale Luke Gale 6'1" | 160 lbs | QB Eastmont | 2024 State WA , Eastmont
Gale has shown good upside and potential early in his career at Eastmont. He’s a pro-style QB that gets the ball out quick and flashes good timing and anticipation on his throws to allow his receivers to run after the catch. He’s got good feet to quickly get into his drop and move around the pocket to manipulate the rush and create open throwing lanes. He possesses an accelerated release but flashes the ability to throw from different arm angles while mixing up velocities to throw a catchable ball. Looking for him to continue to show year over year improvement and build off the playoff appearance and 8-3 record from the 2021 season.

Tyson Brown Tyson Brown 6'3" | 220 lbs | ATH Bothell | 2024 State WA , Bothell
Brown showed off his smooth and savvy athleticism while playing QB at Kentridge but after a transfer to Bothell his recruiting stock is on the rise as an ATH/LB. He possesses an excellent frame for multiple positions at the college at 6’3” 220 lbs. still with growth potential as he matures. As a QB, he flashed a live arm with impressive arm talent to complete difficult throws and push the ball down field. He shows good natural arm strength with his ability to zip a one ball into a tight window with velocity or throw the deep ball with good trajectory allowing his receivers to run underneath and make a play after the catch. Uses his suddenness, change of direction, and body control to escape the rush and extend plays with his legs. While he does show good ability as a QB, it’s projected that he will be transition to the defensive side and be a high level recruit going forward.
