Annett is a quarterback who would start at a good amount of schools in Orange County but is behind David Rasor David Rasor 6'1" | 195 lbs | QB Corona Del Mar | 2023 State CA at Corona del Mar. He is 6-foot-3, a solid athlete who throws well on the run and is one of the quality quarterbacks for the OC Elite passing tournament team. He has a smooth release and the ball comes nicely out of his hands. He should have been included in the top 10 list of this class I did recently, but I did not consider him because he will not start next season. But Corona del Mar will play in blowout games and he will get some playing time. One of the higher upside guys in the county for his class.
Had an incredible time at the @TexasTechFB camp today. Blessed to have been able to learn from many great coaches and receive the gunslinger award. #WreckEm @SonnyCumbie_TTU @TTUCoachWells @themorris23 pic.twitter.com/MDJOrJH2uP

David Lua David Lua 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB Esperanza | 2024 CA , Esperanza
Lua is around 6-foot-4 and has some muscle on him. He runs well and when I saw him at the Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase in January he fit right in with some of the bigger name quarterbacks at the camp. His release is a little slower but he has a solid arm and can throw a good deep ball. He will benefit from a year of experience at the varsity level and it will be interesting to see where he is as a prospect this time next year.
Zander Singh, JSerra
Singh got some playing time at JSerra as a sophomore and with the departure of Dylan Mills Dylan Mills 6'2" | 205 lbs | QB San Clemente | 2024 State CA , he will likely be the full time starter next season. He is accurate on short and intermediate throws and makes the right reads most of the time. It looks like he is throwing as hard as he can on intermediate throws which makes me question his arm strength on deep balls, but JSerra didn’t ask him to throw deep often last season. It will be interesting to see how he does as the full time quarterback with a JSerra team that is expected to be a distant last place in the Trinity League.
TOUCHDOWN: JSerra is on the board. With the aid of Santa Margarita penalties, Zander Singh steps in at QB for the Lions and throws this TD pass that’s fought into the end zone by Josh Jornadal.

Elliot Lemonnier, Cypress
Lemonnier filled in when starting quarterback Dylan Eldredge suffered a season-ending injury early in the season. Cypress had to change its entire offense because Lemonnier was not ready for varsity competition. But he showed flashes when I saw Cypress play late in the playoffs where he made the right decisions with the ball and was gaining confidence. With an offseason in the weight room and working with quarterback coaches, I’m assuming he will improve on the physical parts of his game like arm strength. He will have two high-level targets in Trevor Monteleone Trevor Monteleone 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH Cypress | 2023 CA and Matthew Morrell Matthew Morrell 6'4" | 195 lbs | WR Cypress | 2023 State CA and Cypress always has a good passing offense. His older brother was in a similar spot when he was an underclassman and turned out to be a nice quarterback for Valley Christian.
Shout out to our offensive line who stepped it up Friday night allowing 0 sacks with Elliot LeMonnier & @Matthew229Morr at QB.@GIyalomhe @CHSLineSixFB pic.twitter.com/9gpQCqE28M
