There is no getting around how impressive the Orlando area has become when churning out amazing football prospects – with a year-round commitment taking center stage.
While there are a number of elite players who are promoted every week at events, there is also a group that may not be getting that same public relations treatment.
Today, as spring is right around the corner, we bring you five Class of 2023 football players to continue to keep an eye on:
Anthony Famularo, LB, 6-1, 224, Orlando Freedom. For the past three years, here is a prospect that everyone knew about and watched closely. A starter two seasons ago for state runner-up Kissimmee Osceola, his experience as a linebacker, who dropped into coverage, as well as a pass rusher, may set him apart from many in this class. Continues to get bigger and stronger, and his ability to make plays, has drawn plenty of college attention the past two seasons in Orlando

T.J. Massey T.J. Massey 5'11" | 195 lbs | WR Orlando Evans | 2023 FL , WR, 6-0, 180, Orlando Evans. Whether it’s as a receiver, who stretches the field with his speed and comes up with impressive catches, or as a slot performer, here is someone who brings so much to the table for the head coach Kenard Lang’s Trojans. A gifted and versatile weapon that knows how to get open – even if it’s in the middle of the field. Has worked very hard to get better and out himself in an elite class. This is someone who is indeed fun to watch and is primed for a solid senior season.

Torian Roberts Torian Roberts 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Winter Park | 2023 FL , CB/WR, 5-11, 164, Winter Park. There is so much to liked about this young man – and as he starts his final season – colleges will have chance to see him on both sides of the ball for the Wildcats, and that works in his favor. Watch him play in the defensive secondary and you see someone who really gets it. He bodies up against any receiver because of his knowledge and skill level. He’s a ball hawk on both sides, and that is what college coaches continue to rave about. Is having a tremendous off-season.

D.J. Scott, RB, 6-0, 195, Oviedo. Very few runners in this class bring as much as this quality football talent does to the Lions. After hitting the hole, he glides, making it nearly impossible to get a solid hit on him. Has also proven that when he isn’t running the ball from the line of scrimmage, he can catch out of the backfield, adding yet another dimension to an already potent offensive attack. Versatile football player who fits into several schemes, opening up more options at the next level.

Oneil Senatus, RB/S, 5-11, 185, Celebration. Having watched this versatile athlete a year ago, you see a running back with a burst and running instincts. His ability to play on both sides of the ball has kept him in the spotlight as an athlete, but it’s his running skills that has colleges watching. One of the best backs returning in this class, he was indeed responsible for the success this program achieved last season.
