Ohmari Black | 5’11’’ 170 lbs | Park Vista High School | Class of 2023
Black had a strong showing in the Georgia vs Florida Underclassmen Showcase. He had an interception, 2 tackles, and 3 pass break ups. He is an athletic Defensive Back that can cover well, has great ball skills, and the ability to contest jump balls. He was instrumental in Park Vista’s success this season and helped them to a 7-2 record.
Caleb Chamberlin | 6’ 170 lbs | Palm Beach Gardens | Class of 2024
Chamberlin had a busy sophomore season, and you can expect him to be more of a force in the secondary this upcoming fall. He finished the season with 70 total tackles, 5 pass break ups, and 1 interception. Palm Beach Gardens ended the season with a 6-5 record and 1st round playoff appearance, and they will contend for stronger push in the playoffs next season.
Cedric Rolle | 5’10’’ 145 lbs | Somerset Academy – Canyons | Class of 2024
Rolle has a quick twitch athlete who breaks on the ball pretty quickly. He made several big plays in the GA vs FL Underclassmen Showcase. He had an interception and 2 pass break ups, but he also made his presence known in the secondary which is something doesn’t the statistics won’t tell you. Somerset didn’t have make the playoffs last season, but with Rolle patrol the secondary they have a chance to turn things around next season.
Malcolm Tucker | 5’11 165 lbs | Palm Beach Gardens | Class of 2023
Tucker on here with other Defensive Backs, but he has the ability to play many positions. He is one of the fastest players in the Palm County and one of the more complete all around players in the state. He also was named as on of the Top Athletes in Palm County and named as Special Teams Players of The Year. Typically, when you hear those accolades it’s for someone excelling in either returning or kicking. However, Tucker was a “Jack of all trades”. He amounted for 499 total return yards, went 26 of 30 on Extra Points, and made 3 Fields Goals with his longest being 43 yards. He didn’t give up a pass all season ling on defense, and had 299 receiving yards from 15 catches averaging 23.6 yards per reception on offense.
DJ Johnson | 5’11’’ 170 lbs | The Bolles School | Class of 2023
Johnson is ranked as one of the Top 75 DBs in the State. He was a key part of The Bolles School’s success this season, leading them to a 8-3 record and the State Semifinals before losing to Cocoa, the State Runner Up. Johnson is starting to receive plenty of college interest and having a 4.1 GPA doesn’t hurt his case. He currently holds an offer from UNC Charlotte and is receiving interest from Troy, Jacksonville St, Harvard, Princeton, Middle Tennessee, Florida, Penn, Navy, and Dartmouth.
Vinkevus Pierre Vinkevus Pierre 6'0" | 190 lbs | DB Cardinal Newman | 2023 FL | 6’1’’ 190 lbs | Cardinal Newman | Class of 2023
Pierre is on of the Top Athletes in Palm County for the Class of 2023. He earned 2nd Team All County and 2nd Team All Area honors this past season. He was part of Cardinal Newman’s secondary and helped them to a 9-4 season and an appearance in the State Semi Finals before to the eventual State Champion, Chaminade- Madonna. Pierre also holds an offer from Pitt.
