Over 1,000 aspiring All-Americans have that opportunity with the Under Armour Next Camp Series in key regions around the country. To be the best, athletes must train and compete with the best. Players of both high school and middle school showcase their abilities via positional drills, football specific drills, and combine training. The chosen few will earn the right to play in the All-America and Futures Games in Orlando, Fla.
Here’s a look at some of the 2026 prospects that really stood out during the Under Armour Middle School Camp.
Daverin Geralds | Defensive Line | 2026
As usual, Deuce is out here showing out. He isn’t just all muscle, he is a freak athlete. His explosiveness and strength is almost unbelievable. But his God-given talent is what will surprise the world of football. His outstanding hands. and his quick feet has the offensive lineman stuttering and second guessing his next move. He’s like a Myles Garrett Jr. There’s no telling how it feels to watch someone like him coming towards you at full speed and power. Of course, we all know Deuce will have offers flying at him before the fall season even starts. All we need to know is what is he eating at home? And, how much is he eating? I look forward to watching him on Sundays in the future. For his efforts, he was awarded MVP.
Katrell Webb Katrell Webb 6'3" | 240 lbs | OL Collins Hill | 2026 State GA | Offensive Line | 2026
Webb was amazing during the drills, but as soon as he got to the 1 on 1’s he stood out even more. He knew to explode off the line of scrimmage or step back a few steps, quickly getting into proper position to meet the defender before he gets to the bag. He has great blocking technique and knew where to direct his power at the point of attack. He was able to unlock the defenders hips and knees leaving them little to no time to respond and fight. Could Katrell be one of the top linemen in the State? I wouldn’t be surprised. He definitely had some heads turning at the camp, and I am excited for what’s to come for this lineman. For his efforts, he was awarded MVP.
Jordan Carter Jordan Carter 6'4" | 235 lbs | DL Douglas County | 2026 State GA | Defensive Line | 2026
Carter is definitely a talented defensive lineman. He has incredible power, and active feet. I was able to watch him leverage blocks and maintain pursuit speed towards the bag. You can tell his competitive nature kicks in as soon as the ball snaps. He rips through that offensive lineman so quickly it seemed as if it was nothing to him. His size is up there for his age. There’s no telling how tall he’ll be in high school. I know he has many more growth spurts to go. So, college tuition shouldn’t be a concern for Carter’s parent’s, as he will go far in his football career. For his efforts, he was awarded MVP.
Langston Hogg Langston Hogg 6'3" | 260 lbs | OL Cartersville | 2026 State GA | Offensive Line | 2026
Hogg is definitely a talented Center. You can tell he is strong and explosive just by the way he gets off. He was able to keep a wide base, sinking his hips and maintaining leverage at the point of attack on the defender. I think he’s best at his point of attack and his leg drive. He did mention that he loves pancakes, and because of that I think he will have an unlimited amount to give out this year. I would definitely look out for Hogg. That will be a name you’ll have to remember. There’s no doubt he will have multiple opportunities if he keeps this up. For his efforts, he was awarded MVP.
Mason Townsend Mason Townsend 6'3" | 270 lbs | OL Prince Avenue Christian | 2026 State GA | Offensive Line | 2026
I have seen Mason at several camps and he’s always stood out as a lineman. He’s an outstanding athlete and his techniques are far more advanced for just being in 8th grade. He has fast feet, and his quick reaction is what’s key to a lot of his victories. But what I noticed is his hips. He shoots from his hips more than most linemen I’ve watched. I can tell he reads the defensive linemen’s stance as I watch his eyes move around while preparing for the snap. He is definitely going to be noticed by many D1 scouts. He’s disciplined and one humble athlete. I look forward to watching his growth, and how his body fills out. His Dad is a pretty big guy. I am definitely excited for Mason and where his talent will take him. I know he’s going far. Remember that name Mason Townsend Mason Townsend 6'3" | 270 lbs | OL Prince Avenue Christian | 2026 State GA . For his efforts, he was awarded MVP.
Brian Hicks Brian Hicks 6'3" | 175 lbs | ATH Lilburn | 2026 GA | Defensive Back | 2026
It was amazing watching this athlete perform. Hicks has fast feet, and every time it was his turn to show out he was able to respond quick. His ability to switch directions was so smooth and he even had other athletes hyped by his moves. I saw no false steps, and he had great ball handling skills. Look out for Hicks. He’s definitely an athlete that won’t have any issues if he continues to play with the same intensity. He will be one of the best out here in Georgia. He may start getting offers early in his high school years. For his efforts, he was awarded MVP.
Joshua Washington | Wide Receiver | 2026
This kid was one to watch. He has amazing hands and body control. His quick reaction and tempo combined with his speed was really what made Washington stand out like he did. I am excited for what’s to come. He will be that one athlete in high school with significant skills higher than his class level. His determination to make every play showed. Every team needs a Joshua Washington to win championships. I don’t think he will have an issue with offers no matter what field he walks on. His talents and his drive will take him far. For his efforts, he was awarded MVP.
