These players are all talented and have college level ability. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.
Sammy Miller Sammy Miller 5'10" | 160 lbs | RB St. Petersburg Gibbs | 2023 FL – Gibbs High c/o 23
5’11 175lbs
Miller is one of the best returning backs in Tampa Bay area. Last season he rushed for 1203 yards, averaged an outstanding 12.5 yards per carry with eight touchdowns on the ground. He’s a very good student with a 3.5 GPA.
Strengths:
- has good vision
- hits the hole with acceleration
- shows good strength and can break arm tackles after contact
- very effective blocker.
Kirby Vorhees- Steinbrenner High c/o 23
5’10 195lbs
Voorhees first caught my eye two seasons ago when I watched him live and he was backing up Deon Silas (Iowa State). He was very impressive for Steinbrenner High this season rushing for 1074 yards, averaged over six yards per carry with 15 rushing touchdowns, he also registered 21 catches for 238 yards and one touchdown. He was selected 8A second-team All-State.
Strengths:
- Runs with power (625lb squat) and balance
- 3-down back that is a weapon in the passing game
- Shows vision and patience
- Good leg drive and forward lean
- Has the ability easily redirect
Luke Yoder- Palm Harbor University
5’11 195lbs
Yoder was very impressive for Palm Harbor University High this season. He blew up this season and finished 20th in the state of Florida rushing for 1602 yards, 13 touchdowns and had over 200 yards rushing in three games this season; including a 311 yard game. Yoder is an outstanding student with a 4.2 GPA. He definitely needs to be on some college coaches radar.
Strengths:
- multi-purpose back that can run with power and
- shows the natural running ability to make defenders miss in the hole
- Good speed (4.53 40) laser timed
- has a very impressive jump cut
- displays a good stiff arm.

Chris Ferrini, QB/ATH- Mitchell High c/o 23
6’3 195lbs
Ferrini is an extremely versatile athlete for Mitchell High and lines up all over the field. He was voted Pasco County MVP and 3rd team All-State in 2021. He’s a true “slash” player that plays all over the field. He passed for 378 yards and five touchdowns, rushed for 595 yards and 12 touchdowns and averages over 8.5 yards per carry, and registered 12 catches for 232 yards and four touchdowns through the air! He’s an outstanding student with a 4.0 GPA
Strengths:
- shows very good vision and patience running the ball
- good speed to hit the home run
- Versatile. Could play multiple positions in college
- Natural hands and leaping ability to make acrobatic catches
