No.1 WR Kenny Johnson Kenny Johnson 6'1" | 190 lbs | WR Dallastown Area | 2023 State PA (York Suburban)
The York Suburban wideout has been rising on the recruiting trail over the last few months and has cemented himself as not just the best wide receiver in Pennsylvania in the 2023 class but one of the best wide receivers in the region. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound wide receiver is a nice route runner that possesses good but not elite speed. He uses his size well and is strong in high-pointing the football. Overall, a really good wide receiver that will need some time at the next level before seeing the field but could develop into quite the wide receiver.
Projection: Power Five

No.2 Yazeed Haynes Yazeed Haynes 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR North Penn | 2023 State PA (North Penn)
Haynes was originally at Neumann-Goretti but now appears to be at North Penn, which would be a great pickup for the Knights. Haynes is built a lot like Johnson with good size at 6-foot-2 and 165-pounds as well as good speed with a reported 40-yard dash time of 4.51. Haynes has a nice long stride that allows him to beat most opposing CBs despite not having true game-changing speed. He does a solid job at tracking the ball and shows the ability to make tough catches in traffic.
Projection: Power Five / Group of Five

No.3 Parker Hines Parker Hines 6'0" | 185 lbs | WR Central York | 2023 State PA (Central York)
The Central York wide receiver was Penn State signee Beau Pribula Beau Pribula 6'2" | 210 lbs | QB Central York | 2022 State PA ’s favorite target and it’s easy to see why. Hines is a relatively good route runner and has speed that allows him to burst easily into the second and third levels of opposing defense. He shows the ability to make tough catches whether it’s in the corner of the endzone or in in the middle of traffic. We’ll see how he does this upcoming season with Pribula now moving on but the talent is there for Hines to play at least at the FCS level in our opinion.
Projection: Group of Five / FCS
HUDL:
No.4 Benny Haselrig Benny Haselrig 5'10" | 180 lbs | WR Hampton | 2023 State PA (Hampton)
Haselrig is a wide receiver flying under the radar in our opinion but that we believe will change this offseason if he can get himself to camps. He may be the best wide receiver in the state when it comes to tracking the football and putting himself in a position to make a play. He’s made several impressive diving catches and that’s a testament to those tracking skills but also his hand-eye coordination. A good route runner, he makes some great cuts and digs that allow him to get open in press coverage before using his speed to create even more separation. On top of that, he’s just an overall fun player to watch and it’s hard to not watch him when he’s on the field as he has the chance to make a highlight-reel play at any moment.

No.5 Kyle Williams Kyle Williams 6'0" | 185 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2023 State PA (Harrisburg)
Rounding out our top five wide receivers is Harrisburg’s, Kyle Williams Kyle Williams 6'0" | 185 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2023 State PA who like Haselrig is a bit under the radar. Williams has quality size at 6-foot-0 and 185-pounds while possessing strong vision and quality speed. Williams is also quite elusive and is hard to tackle in open space. He’s got some overall great potential and we’re excited to see what he does this offseason and next season.
