Isaiah Huus Isaiah Huus 6'0" | 205 lbs | RB Bismarck | 2022 State | Running Back | Bismarck | 2022
The quick jolt Isaiah brings to the table, is what sets him up for success from the start of his run. This young man has so much aggression in his cutting ability that it’s no wonder he’s such a hard tackle even when the defender makes contact. Isaiah is a fighter for every yard, and he will bring a pile of defenders with him while trying to stop the run inside. He is well-aware he can win the battle inside the tackles and has such a strong motor across the board of his runs. When given a larger gap to run thru, he pulverizes at the opportunity and explodes thru the larger space at a higher rate of speed and force. This young man might be coming off a significant injury going into the next level, but as far as my eyes can see he is still one of the Dakotas most forcefully dominant backs that college football programs swung and missed on as he still is uncommitted at this time but his game and spirits show he wants a college football opportunity wherever that might be in the Midwest.
Ayden Viox Ayden Viox 6'0" | 230 lbs | LB Harrisburg | 2022 State | Linebacker/Fullback | Harrisburg | 2022
Ayden was another 2022 prospect that I was very surprised ended up unsigned at the second National Signing Day. The crushing contact this kid makes as the upfront blocker for one of the best running backs in the Dakotas, Gavin Ross Gavin Ross 5'11" | 205 lbs | RB Harrisburg | 2023 State is exceptional. Ayden has a lot of momentum in his punch. He makes nearly perfect pad level when developing such strong leverage that can send a defender 5+ yards plus upfield when he has full momentum on the defender. At linebacker he has a lot of bounce in his lower body that create a quick reaction to get to the football quickly. He also has strong footwork on both sides of the ball. College coaches should certainly watch his tape against Sioux Falls Jefferson, as you can just see how much high energy that this young man plays with. Also an excellent student with 32 on his ACT.
Isaac Johnson Isaac Johnson 6'0" | 295 lbs | DL Brandon Valley | 2023 State | Defensive Tackle | Brandon Valley | 2023
Isaac is a first-look prospect I got my eyes on yesterday. The first glimpse I liked about this young man was his stance, as he showed a great bend at the waist and had such a strong demeanor when he got lined up. I saw that Isaac had some great lifting numbers and that strength matched on the field as he did a great job with his violent hands and got great leverage to push the pile forward and drive into the backfield. I think Isaac has a bigger motor than he probably gets credit for, as he shows that he can get to the outside with good stamina and make a play. I think his best fit for the next-level sits as a nose guard, as I felt his leverage was stronger defensively vs. offensively. Excited to watch this young man in his senior season for the Lynx.
Quade Parker Quade Parker 6'1" | 180 lbs | DL Custer | 2023 State | Defensive Line | Custer | 2023
Quade is an instinctive defensive end, that might project better at linebacker at the next level. He shows a good burst of speed when he gets off contact and a relatively quick shedding ability. I think he’s a raw prospect that has some development on where to place his hands as far as getting the best contact level possible, but that instinctive nature he plays with once he hits the backfield shows what great potential this kid has for his football future.
Cedar Amiotte Cedar Amiotte ATH Wall | 2023 State | Athlete | Wall | 2023
Cedar is an exceptional athlete on both sides of the football. This young man is eater with his contact level he makes at linebacker for the Wall Eagles. At running back, Cedar can take a solid amount of contact and still keep his feet to keep the play going forward. He has very reactive instincts and good footwork to back it up, as he can flip his hips quickly when he adjusts to get the best play on the ball. I believe he’s one of the West River’s hidden gems, and would love to see him strap it up at the next-level because there is a lot to like about his skillsets.
