There are 23 offensive linemen in the Top 100 and 30 offensive linemen overall for the Class of 2024 in Missouri in the Prep Redzone database, which continues to grow every day.
Today we are taking a closer look at the top prospects at the position. (Click on the player names to check out their prospect pages on PRZ, including links to their HUDL highlights.)
1. Dontrell Holt Dontrell Holt 6'5" | 290 lbs | OL Joplin | 2024 State MO , Joplin
Holt, a 6-foot-5, 285-pounder, retains the No. 1 spot among Class of 2024 offensive linemen in Missouri and checks in as the No. 7 overall prospect in the class.
He’s a big and strong left tackle who earned second-team all-state honors along with first-team all-conference and all-district accolades. Not bad for a sophomore playing one of the most difficult positions on the field.
Holt has work to do to continue to get better, but he’s got a chance to be very good
2. Andrew Sprague Andrew Sprague 6'8" | 260 lbs | OL Rockhurst | 2024 State MO , Rockhurst
Sprague, a 6-8, 260-pounder, entered the Missouri Class of 2024 rankings at No. 9 overall and as the second-best offensive line prospect among the sophomore group.
He has rare height for the position, but will obviously need to get bigger and stronger to play at the next level . He’s also a pretty good basketball player, which helps with footwork and overall athleticism.
The University of Kansas extended a scholarship offer a few months ago.
3. Bryce Parson Bryce Parson 6'3" | 280 lbs | OL CBC | 2024 State MO , CBC
Parson, a 6-3, 280-pounder, is the No. 10 overall prospect in Missouri in the class.
He is already a two-year starter at left tackle for one of the top programs in the state and is coming off a sophomore season where he helped the Cadets capture the state championship and took home second-team all-state honors (along with Holt).
Parson is smaller than Holt and Sprague and projects inside at guard at the next level, but he’ll head to college as a four-year starter with a ton of experience against good competition.
4. Talan Chandler Talan Chandler 6'3" | 290 lbs | OL Nevada | 2024 State MO , Lutheran-St. Charles
The No. 10 overall prospect in Missouri in the sophomore class, Chandler is a 6-4, 290-pounder who, like Parson, is a left tackle coming off a sophomore season in which he helped his team win a state championship.
Chandler earned first-team all-state honors in Class 2 following the Cougars’ state title. He’s a hard worker who is already training this offseason for a future move inside to center (or guard). That versatility will only help him as a college prospect.
5. Donn Lewis Donn Lewis 6'4" | 290 lbs | OL Fort Zumwalt South | 2024 State MO , Fort Zumwalt South
Lewis, the No. 13 overall prospect in Missouri in this class, is a big and strong offensive lineman — this Class of 2024 looks loaded with players with good size —who plays right guard for Zumwalt South.
Lewis is listed at 6-4 and 305 pounds, which makes him the heaviest of the first five prospects on this list. He’s big and powerful but will need to continue to work to get stronger to be prepared for college football in a few years.
