Derron Moore Derron Moore 6'0" | 210 lbs | LB Woodbury | 2023 State NJ , Linebacker, Woodbury
Here’s an athlete that went from the watch list into the top 30 overall players. Moore has all the tools to be a dominant linebacker. He has the size, length, and movement skills to make any play. His prowess in coverage is what lands him so high on this list and the plays that he makes on the ball leave you very encouraged, about his future prospects. Still needs to get better at fitting the run and would love to see some quicker instincts. Overall he’s one of the top linebackers in this class and one of the best overall athletes in the class. With offers from Temple and Campbell; his offers list will certainly grow during his senior year.

Omar Ibrahim Omar Ibrahim 6'2" | 175 lbs | DB Union | 2023 State NJ , Cornerback, Union
The cornerback position is a strength of this class and Omar Ibrahim Omar Ibrahim 6'2" | 175 lbs | DB Union | 2023 State NJ is one of the top players at the position. The smoothest mover you’ll find in this class, at the cornerback position with the speed and instincts to match. He goes from unranked to the number two cornerback in state and the number ten overall player. Besides quarterback, cornerback is the toughest position to play on the field, and when you find a player who stands out at this position they have to be considered higher on lists due to the scarcity of high-end players at the position.
He has high-end reps in man and zone and shows great ball skills. He has Power 5 measurables standing at 6’2 175, with good speed and solid arm length (NFL scouts view 5’10 and above at 185lbs as an acceptable threshold to play cornerback at the highest level). He is able to move efficiently in and out of his breaks with speed and affect the catch point with his long arms. He lands highly on this list because he has the total package, physically, at the position. If he adds more weight his D1 offers will rise when he begins his senior year.

He currently has offers from Campbell and Maryland with interest from Michigan, Rutgers, Monmouth, Kent St, and Virginia Tech. If his senior year goes like his junior year he was have his choice to whatever D1 program he wants.
Jared Tynes Jared Tynes 6'2" | 210 lbs | DL North Brunswick | 2023 State NJ , Edge, North Brunswick
Tynes is an athletic freak at Edge who can rush the passer with athleticism or moves. He goes from being on the watchlist to the number one overall defensive line prospect in the class and the eleventh overall prospect.
He has everything you look for out of a dominant edge defender. Size, burst off the edge, length, and explosiveness. The single biggest separator for him, out of all the defensive line prospects in this class. He is the only player who has a go-to move and somewhat of a pass-rush plan. He has a deadly spin move that he can execute effectively also flashed some solid hand usage to win on an array of moves. Tynes is the most complete defensive line prospect in the class and the fact, he has no offers yet, is still a mystery.
