Top Returning Players in SEC-White Conference For 2022 Season

I followed the SEC conference very closely in 2021 and was impressed by how many good football players every team has. These are some of the top returning players that the conference will feature in 2022. <strong>Julio Pizano | Jackson High School | WR | </strong><strong>2023 | <a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2GFkjb">Hudl</a></strong> Pizano go the ball a lot on end arounds and definitely made the most of it. He is very hard to tackle in space due to his great vision and change of direction. Pizano has great speed and has shown the ability to outrun defenders to the endzone. Pizano works out of the slot primarily and is very hard to cover one on one. I look forward to watching him make plays next year. <strong>AJ Bryan | Tecumseh | RB | 2024 | <a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2GQfsJ">Hudl</a></strong> I like how Bryan finds the hole and then immediately accelerates forward with no wasted movements. He has great speed and covers a lot of ground with long strides. With his speed and acceleration, Bryan has no problem getting to the outside on sweep plays. He has a good nose for the endzone and does a great job of falling forward at the end of runs. <strong>AJ Bryan </strong>only enters his junior season in 2022 and will look to continue to build off what was already a very impressive sophomore season. <strong>Braden Watson | Chelsea | DL | 2023 | <a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2GBSHZ">Hudl</a></strong> Watson plays with great leverage and uses his lower body strength to drive back opposing offensive lineman. He has tremendous quickness off the line of scrimmage and has created havoc in the backfield for opponents. He shows great upper body strength as well and has made tackles when offensive linemen were still in front of him. Chelsea won the state championship in 2021 and Watson's play was a big part of that. Chelsea loses a lot of seniors from 2021 and will look to Watson to make more plays for in 2022. <strong>Charles Thompson | Jackson | 2023 | <a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2FxBGH">Hudl</a></strong> Thompson is a hard-hitting linebacker who comes up and fills the hole aggressively. He had a couple of big hits in the game against Pickney. He was named honorable mention All-Conference this year in 2021. Jackson's coaching staff should be excited to get another year to coach Thompson in 2022. <strong>Gavin Chenevey | Tecumseh | DB/WR | 2023 | <a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2GQ3Ax">Hudl</a></strong> Chenevey is great at beating defensive backs deep with his quick hesitation move. He is great at adjusting to football and can easily jump up and get balls that are thrown a tad high. He is a great competitor and shows great effort to come down with 50/50 balls. He is a tremendous blocker at wide receiver, Showing the technique and strength to drive a defender out of the play. Chenevey shows great ball skills on the defensive side, coming down with 4 interceptions on the year. His outstanding play in 2021 earned him honorable mention All-Conference &amp; it also earned him Division 4 All-Region team. Tecumseh will be glad that he is returning next year. A guy who can bring you production on both sides of the ball is critical in any game.
