6’2 200 Dante Antonini Dante Antonini 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH St. Vincent De Paul | 2022 State CA , St. Vincent de Paul HS
The 6’2 200 pound do it all athlete currently has FCS interest and holds offers from D-III Linfield, D-II Western Oregon and Iowa Wesleyan. Going for over 115+ tackles, 25+ TFL’s and 600+ yards both rushing and receiving for the NCS D7 champs, Antonini is a no brainer FCS caliber kid and projects as a safety or outside linebacker at the next level. On tape, he shows tremendous explosion through contact and good closing speed in space while being one of the most balanced and versatile defenders the region has to offer due to his in the box and coverage abilities. Very smart in the back end, he can also rush the passer and use his hands to gain the edge while more than athletic enough to cover backs and receivers downfield. As a receiver, he possesses strong hands, runs through contact and shows nice high point ability and easily breaks one on one tackles in space and traffic while playing multiple offensive positions. Possessing tremendous upside at the next level, It will be interesting to see which FCS jumps on him first as we near the second National Signing Day.
6’2 230 Salesi Moala Salesi Moala 6'2" | 230 lbs | LB Tennyson | 2022 State CA , Tennyson HS
Moala held an early Oregon State offer but remains unsigned and currently also has offers from Rocky Mountain and Western Oregon. Over the past three seasons, he has been one of the best two-way standouts within the Bay Area and did not disappoint in his Senior season. One of the hardest hitters in the region, Moala is very explosive from his inside linebacker spot and reacts/triggers quickly to ball carriers and shows nice lateral movement abilities over the top and plays with a low pad level while in the box inside the tackles. He can apply pressure from different angles of the defense with some pass rush moves at his disposal and a nice bend around the edge. Although playing quarterback, safety and every linebacker position, he should find his home at the inside linebacker position in college.
6’4 290 Brandon Sousa Brandon Sousa 6'4" | 290 lbs | OL Foothill | 2022 State CA , Foothill HS
Sousa picked up a PWO offer from Wisconsin to play defensive tackle and also holds a scholarship offer from Valparaiso. One of the most dominant two-way lineman in the Bay Area and playing for one of the top teams in 2021, Sousa has a good frame for the next level with room to pack on more weight as he progresses through college. He shows good bend for his size and explodes out of his stance with a low pad level and inside hands while winning with strength, power and leg drive through contact. Able to play anywhere on the interior, he is athletic enough to two-gap and tough to move while winning with leverage and violent hands when striking blockers.
