There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
Gavin Henley- Lennard High
6’1 185lbs
Henley with a player I spotlighted in the past and he did not disappoint this season. He led the district in passing throwing for 2046 yards, 24 touchdowns, and completed 52% of his passes. He also added 204 yards rushing and four touchdowns. Henley has nice athleticism, shows good arm strength and can throw with plenty of velocity when needed, has the ability to use his legs to get out of trouble, also shows the ability to throw with different arm angles with accuracy.
Zander Smith- Palmetto High c/o 25
6’2 205lbs
Smith is an outstanding freshman quarterback prospect for Palmetto High. After transferring over from Bradenton Christian this season he was second in the district with 1509 yards passing, completed over 56% of his passes and threw 11 touchdowns. Smith has prototype size/measurables. He’s a high IQ player with a lot of ability, has really good arm strength and sees the field well. Advanced mechanics and footwork.

Charles Coney Charles Coney 6'2" | 200 lbs | QB Tampa Bay Tech | 2023 FL – Bloomingdale High c/o 23
6’2 210lbs
Coney is a Junior Prospect for Bloomingdale High that stepped in this season as a first-time starter. He was third in the district throwing for 1210 yards, completing 52% of his passes and throwing 11 touchdowns. He’s a dual-threat prospect that also added 356 yards rushing and two touchdowns. He possesses a good size/speed build (4.6 40), very accurate on quick-hitting passes, hits receivers in stride to allow them to continue running, throws with accuracy on the run, shows nice touch on deep throws, he’s has very good running ability when the play breaks down in eating up chunks of yards. Nice dual-threat Prospect that’ll be one of the best quarterbacks in the district next season.

Jayse Berzowski- Manatee High
6’2 180lbs
Berzowski has had a solid career for Bradenton manatee. In 2021 he passed for 974 yards, completed 48% of his passes with three touchdown passes. He also added three touchdowns rushing on the ground. He’s a highly smart quarterback and reads what the defense gives him, gets the ball out of his hands quickly, also has athleticism to be able to get out of trouble and keep his eyes downfield and deliver strikes. He plays with a lot of poise and distributes the ball all over the field.

Nathan Carter- East Bay High c/o 23
6’3 230lbs
Carter is a football player to the core. He can beat you in a number of ways and had a very good season leading East Bay to a 8-3 record in 2021. He passed for 809 yards, completed 56% of his passes, and through 10 touchdowns while also rushing for 795 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. He also chipped in on the defensive side of the ball and had 12 tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss. He does a good job of keeping his eyes downfield and he does have good athleticism, vision and power to pull the ball and pick up chunk yards. He has prototype size, and he shows nice touch on deep passes hitting his receivers in stride. Carter also is athletic enough to throw on the run with accuracy.
