On this list, we’ve got guys from amazing programs, small towns, with a few that I expect to rise a ton. So now, let’s take a dive into 5 more OL prospects
#11 Graham Gilmartin Graham Gilmartin 6'2" | 245 lbs | DL Northville | 2024 State MI (#89 overall)
Gilmartin is an excellent prospect out of Northville who played in 9 games with 0 sacks given up with 0 penalties. Playing both T and DE, Gilmartin is a daunting athlete at 6’1″ 225lbs while being surprisingly agile. There are many instances where he gets great leverage on a guy and pancakes him, but there are also examples of him being extremely quick off the pull or using speed moves to get to the quarterback on defense. Overall, Gilmartin is a great all-around lineman who I’m interested in seeing against great competition.
#12 Karl Brooks Karl Brooks 6'4" | 345 lbs | OL Muskegon | 2024 State MI (#97 overall)
Standing at 6’4″ 330lbs, Brooks is a man of raw power. He played Right Tackle this past season, where he protected the quarterback well but was an elite run blocker. Next season, he’ll be moving to RG where he’ll be able to fully utilize his power. I fully trust that he’ll develop into a great lineman, and will move up the ranks.
#13 Richard Wiggins IV Richard Wiggins IV 5'8" | 225 lbs | DL Fruitport | 2024 State MI (#99 overall)
Standing at just 5’8″ 225lbs, Wiggins was one of the best linemen I watched last season. The technique and leverage of this guy are impeccable, as he was able to not only start as a sophomore but dominate some very good competition. I really want to put Wiggins higher on this list as I know he’s dedicated, but he’ll have the opportunity to rise in the ranks soon.
#14 Evan Curtiss Evan Curtiss 6'4" | 260 lbs | OL Fowler | 2024 State MI (#100 overall)
One of my favorite finds, Curtiss is a small town beast. Standing at 6’4″ 260lbs, he absolutely bullies the competition with raw power, and he honestly just outplays most on the field. He was another guy that I really wanted to rank higher, but his biggest weakness is the strength of competition.
#15 Erik Gould Erik Gould 6'0" | 230 lbs | OL Mona Shores | 2024 State MI (#112 overall)
Gould is a very intriguing prospect who’s done well against great competition. Playing for Mona Shores, you know he’s going to be coached up great as we all know, development is key. I’ll look for more film, lifting numbers, and experience against the best competition the next time I dive into the rankings.
