Tarick Bower – Corunna – WR – 6’0″ 155 lbs
Bower is only an underclassman who is still getting his feet wet but he’s quickly becoming a problem for defenses. He’s a very good route runner already this early in his career. He doesn’t have a problem getting open and likes to sit and find the hole in the zone. He put up over 100-yards and 2 TDs on Friday as they got the win over Armada.
Cole Jankowski – Frankenmuth – QB – 6’1″ 175 lbs
Jankowski didn’t need to do a ton of throwing on Friday to stick it to the defense. When he wasn’t throwing, he was either running the ball and hurting the defense that way or he was teleporting to the endzone. There’s one TD he scored where he shot through a hole and went untouched for the score but the whole defense was literally right there. He put up 156-yards on the ground and added 3 TDs while leading Frankenmuth to the win.
Parker Picot – Adams – QB – 6’1″ 160 lbs
Adams made the trip over to the area and Picot didn’t disappoint. He was able to do everything he wanted against a really good Oxford team. He had over 250 scrimmage yards on the night. He had 4 TDs on the night as well. 3 TDs on the ground and then added another 1 through the air. It was his most complete performance of the year and Adams will move forward.
Rafael Woods Rafael Woods 5'10" | 170 lbs | WR New Lothrop | 2022 MI – New Lothrop – RB – 5’10″ 160 lbs
Woods had another great game but this week it wasn’t enough. New Lothrop made the trip to Pewamo-Westphalia and Woods put on a show. He was able to make guys miss all night and break a few tackles. He’s not the biggest back but he’s very dynamic. He’s great in the open field and that’s where he thrived on Friday. He put up over 125 scrimmage yards and a TD on the night.
