Scouting Report: Lewis is going to be one of the top prospects in the Class of 2026 as the eighth grader already holds verbal scholarship offers from Florida, Penn State and Georgia Tech. As an 8th grader he’s playing on his high school freshman team and is putting up video game-like numbers as his team is blowing teams out by three touchdowns or more. They finished the season a perfect 7-0 with Lewis committing zero turnovers on the season.
It’s safe to assume that Lewis has the potential to be a top 10 prospect in the Class of 2026. He possesses a very live arm and throws with great velocity. He does a good job working through his reads and has the ability to fit the ball into tight windows or throw the ball 40-45 yards on a rope down field.
When you watch his film he’s got the look of an upperclassmen. He’s got dual-threat abilities as he showcases the ability to tuck it and run and take what the defense gives him. His combination of ability and intelligence give him the all around tools to be one of the best in the state of Georgia over the next four years.
Accolades and Honors: Lewis is a member of the FBU GFL team that have been two-time National Champions. He’s also participated in FBU Top Gun, NextGren and Under Armor Camps as well as camped at Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Clemson and Georgia Tech. He’s also a three-time Georgia B2C Player of the Year.
Quote: “I’m very blessed to pick up the offers that I have so far,” said Lewis. “This is just the beginning and I hope to add dozens more by the time I’m a senior in high school. I’m grateful for all of the staff’s who have shown they believe in me and my abilities.
“I’ve got a long way to go and I know I’ve got to continue to get better every day to not only maintain these offers but to continue to earn more. So I’m just going to keep working hard and keep working to improve my game.”
