Hunter Hogan – Ravenna – QB – 5’8″ 162 lbs
Hogan had a big game and was making a lot of things look easy. Every time he touched the ball he was a threat to score. He put up 236-yards and found the endzone twice all on the ground. He made a few decent throws and got the ball to where it needed to go in the passing game. Despite his massive performance it still wasn’t enough to keep up with Oakridge.
Kellen Kimes – Hart – QB – 5’11″ 178 lbs
Kimes was fantastic on Friday and looked like he was playing 7 on 7 all night. He helped lead Hart to 70 points on offense. Every drive he had the ball they scored some sort of points. He didn’t play the entire game because they got up so much so quickly. He put up 306 passing yards and 5 TDs on Friday. He was impressive and his performance was a ton of fun to watch.
Sam Convertini – Muskegon Catholic Central – WR – 6’0″ 160 lbs
Convertini had a good game but it wasn’t as big as some others. However, he had arguably the biggest and most dramatic play of the week. Convertini had 5 receptions, 120-yards, and a TD. It was his TD that was the wild play. He scored the game-winning TD with just 6 seconds left. It was a tough catch and he adjusted and came down with it. Convertini is a really good player and to have him break out like that is good to see.
Kyle Stratton – Whitehall – RB – 5’8″ 155 lbs
Statton is a very fine-tuned back who does a lot of things really well. He’s able to run in between the tackles and come out of the backfield. He ran all over Montague on Friday and helped lead them to an easy win. He broke 7 tackles and was making guys miss all night on his way to putting up 131-yards and 3 TDs.
Mark Konecny Mark Konecny 6'0" | 190 lbs | QB Mona Shores | 2022 MI – Mona Shores – QB – 6’0″ 200 lbs
Konecny was extremely efficient on Friday and scored a TD on every one of his drives. He only missed 2 throws on the entire night and helped put up 76 points. He had 167-yards and 5 TDs and made everything look easy. He’s being recruited heavily right now and the offers are starting to pour in. A few more of these performances and he’ll be able to handpick where he plays college ball.
