Kaydin Hiland Kaydin Hiland RB Michigan Center | 2022 MI – Michigan Center – RB/FS – 5’9″ 185 lbs
Hiland was a man on a mission Friday. They gave him the rock 22 times and he delivered all night long. He wracked up 240 rushing yards and then found the endzone 3 times. He made guys miss all night and he ran over a few defenders when he needed to. He’s agile and can change direction in a flash. He looked great and was great all night long.
Cooper Keene – Lumen Christi – WR/CB – 6’0″ 175 lbs
Keene was all over the field on Friday and was a 3rd down conversion machine. Keene was targeted 13 times and brought in 10 balls. He finished the night with 111 receiving yards and found the endzone late. He’s great in the slot and is able to get open in any kind of coverage. He’s not going to drop a ball when it comes his way either. He’s one of the best slot WRs in the area and he’s only getting better.
Tavion Tanner – Jackson – RB – 5’8″ 176 lbs
Tanner was fantastic on Friday and he’s one of the most agile RBs I’ve seen in quite some time. He’s going to make guys miss and create yardage. He’s great with the ball in his hands and Jackson knows how to utilize his strengths. He finished the night with 150 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns on the evening. He’s getting better and he’s turned into a real weapon for Jackson.
David Whitehead – Leslie – RB – 5’9″ 183 lbs
Whitehead was dominant on the evening and he finished the night with over 200-yards. He rushed for 185-yards on the ground and he found the endzone twice. He also added an 81-yard receiving touchdown. He’s able to run players over regularly and gets better as the game goes on. He’s a bigger back and he’s not the most athletic but he’s a great bruising back.
Davey Mohn – Homer – QB – 6’1″ 177 lbs
Mohn was efficient on Friday and he only had 4 incompletions on the night. He had 233 passing yards and then added another 41-yards on the ground. He’s a big enough of a threat with his legs that he keeps the defense honest. He found the endzone 4 times on the night and he led them to a huge win over Bronson. Mohn is fun to watch and hopefully, he continues his growth and lands in a college program that best fits his skillsets.
