Central Valley 58 vs Blackhawk 35
Central Valley – Landon Alexander Landon Alexander 6'0" | 180 lbs | RB Central Valley | 2022 State PA (SR) Running Back: This was not a scheduled matchup but due to Covid related issues to their other opponents, they got to play each other. Alexander did not disappoint.
STATS: 19 Carries, 201 yards, 3 TD’s; 1 Punt Return TD; 408 All-Purpose yards
Belle Vernon 49 vs. Chartiers Valley 14
Belle Vernon – Devin Whitlock Devin Whitlock 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Belle Vernon | 2022 State PA (SR) Athlete: Whitlock accounted for 4 of the 7 touchdowns for the Leopards. He has been featured in this article multiple times last season, but this is his first time on here this season.
STATS: 9-11. 128 yards 1 TD; 133 yards rushing, 3 TD’s
Mt. Lebanon 36 vs. Upper St. Clair 13
Mt. Lebanon – Alex Tecza Alex Tecza 6'1" | 190 lbs | DB Mt. Lebanon | 2022 State PA (SR) Safety: Tecza is a safety at the next level but had an impressive game running the ball against Upper St. Clair.
STATS: Carries Unknown, 216 yards rushing, 3 TD’s
South Fayette 42 vs. West Mifflin 21
South Fayette – Landon Lutz (SR) Quarterback: Lutz accounted for 5 of the 6 touchdowns. He is a big QB listed at 6’5 225. He shows a H/T/Q release. He’s got some zip to the ball who looks accurate. Some athletic ability. Project Lutz as an FCS/low-level FBS. In his first 2 games, 22-29, 308 yards, and 4 TD’s.
STATS: 9-13, 170 yards, 3 TD’s; 2 Rushing TD’s
Central Dauphin 41 vs. Berks Catholic 22
Central Dauphin – Max Mosey Max Mosey 6'0" | 190 lbs | QB Central Dauphin | 2022 State PA (SR) Quarterback: Mosey accounted for 4 touchdowns. It was a close game in the first half, but he was the reason why they won the game. Mosey ran for a TD late 2nd quarter to take the lead and Central Dauphin never looked back.
