* Please note all rankings are based on who projects highest at the collegiate level. https://prepredzone.com/oregon/rankings/2023-rankings/ Full Rankings #1-80 Listed Here. Updated 2024 rankings coming this week. 1.[player_tooltip player_id="104685" first="Riley" last="Williams"] 6-6 230 TE Central Catholic (OFFERS: 10+ Ohio St, Oregon, USC, Florida St, Tennessee etc..) One of the most recruited TE’s nationwide. The 4* standout moves incredibly well for a kid with his size. When all is said and done expect him to be one of Oregon’s most offered athletes ever. 2.[player_tooltip player_id="110171" first="Sam" last="Leavitt"] 6-1 195 QB Westview (OFFERS: Florida St, Arizona) As most know Leavitt comes from a football family, with his brother Dallin in his 4th year with the Las Vegas Raiders. He has been lights out the first 4 games of the season, throwing 14 TD’s/2 INTs while averaging 240 yards per game passing. 3.[player_tooltip player_id="110242" first="Ryan" last="Oliver"] 6-3 195 QB Lakeridge- Look for Oliver to blow up over the next year. I would expect 1/2 of the Pac 12 and many others to go on him at some point. He is young for the grade making his achievements all the more impressive. He has hit on 71% of passes this season, averaging 6.3 yards per rush, and totaling 18 TD’s/4 INTs in the last 9 games. 4.[player_tooltip player_id="110176" first="Demarcus" last="Houston"] 6-2 185 CB West Albany (OFFERS: Oregon St)- Houston excelled on the 7v7 circuit playing for one of the nation’s best in FSP out of Seattle. He started as a freshman at West and should dominate 5A competition moving forward on both sides of the football. 5.[player_tooltip player_id="147861" first="Luke" last="Leighton"] 6-5 190 WR Sheldon- Another athlete whose stock is skyrocketing. Leighton is extremely versatile, also excelling on D. In his first 3 games of the year, he has averaged over 100 yards per (17.9ypc), with 18 receptions, and multiple TDs. On defense he has been dominant with 24 total tackles. 6.[player_tooltip player_id="110179" first="Drew" last="Rodriguez"] 6-2 190 ATH/Safety Sprague- Rodriguez has one of the fastest rising stock’s of any athlete in the Northwest. He should be considered a favorite for conference offensive and defensive POY honors, returning multiple INTs for TDs and also requiring a consistent double team on O if you want to contain him. 7.[player_tooltip player_id="147240" first="Richie" last="Anderson"] 6-4 225 DE Tualatin- Another very talented athlete who comes hard off the edge, growing up in a football family. Anderson earned 2nd team all TRL honors with limited reps as a Sophomore and has been dominant early this year, looking like one of the NW’s top D lineman. 8.[player_tooltip player_id="110184" first="Campbell" last="Sager"] 6-5 240 DE Westview- Head coach Ryan Atkinson was extremely accurate when referencing Sager coming up as a youngster. He is a disrupter on the defensive front and could very well follow in coaches’ footsteps playing in the PAC12. 9.[player_tooltip player_id="110180" first="Mark" last="Hamper"] 6-2 200 ATH West Linn- Hamper is playing as well as any athlete in Oregon on both sides of the football. Through 4 games he has caught 32 passes for 462 yards and 6 TDs, averaging 14.4 ypc. Defensively he leads the state in INTs (4) while making 17 tackles in the process. He looks like the real deal. 10.Donald Stephens Jr. 6-0 200 RB Grant- "Chili" broke out early in his career starting for a few games as a freshman, while looking dominant. He has dealt with some injuries but returned recently to split carries with talented 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="28849" first="Jae’Sean" last="Pete"], with each scoring multiple TDs by the game. 11.[player_tooltip player_id="205821" first="Kevin" last="Cassidy"] 6-6 245 T Mountainside- Speaking of talented families, Kevin is the son of Brian Cassidy, one of the most talented linemen ever to come out of Oregon. Some may remember his dominance at Stanford back in the day. Regardless the youngest Cassidy has all the potential in the world and the frame to boot. Mountainside will need his leadership up front. 12.[player_tooltip player_id="110175" first="Sully" last="McDaniel"] 6-3 215 LB Clackamas- One of the region’s top lacrosse athletes can also play some football. He missed his Sophomore year, but played varsity ball as a freshman, and with continued progression has the size and all of the tools to play division 1 football. 13.[player_tooltip player_id="147247" first="Earl" last="Ingle"] 6-1 195 LB West Linn- Ingle had an outstanding Sophomore season, earning unanimous 1st team All TRL honors. He has 21 total tackles in 4 games this season and most importantly brings unique instincts to the table which you can’t teach. 14.[player_tooltip player_id="110178" first="Jack" last="Wagner"] 6-4 180 QB Tualatin- Wagner’s overall athleticism is what makes him such an appealing recruit. His double-digit tackles per game from his safety spot was impressive, while projecting as one of the region’s top QB’s and looking the part while filling in for 3* [player_tooltip player_id="28854" first="Jackson" last="Jones"]. 15.[player_tooltip player_id="206757" first="Tini" last="Tinitali III"] 6-0 180 ATH South Salem- Tinitali broke out as a Sophomore leading the team in receptions and TD’s. He looks to be one of the most electric athletes in Oregon for his class, averaging over 150 yards per game, with 25 receptions for 455 yards receiving (18.2ypc) and 4 TDs through 4 games. 16.[player_tooltip player_id="110186" first="Colton" last="Gaffney"] 6-5 245 DE Gresham- Gaffney played as a freshman as you can expect to hear much more about him in the year to come. The Gophers landing former Pro and local standout James Allen as their head coach, will help a great deal on the recruiting front as well. 17.[player_tooltip player_id="110187" first="Brock" last="Thomas"] 6-0 175 QB Sheldon- If we are talking dual threat QB’s Thomas should be considered one of the best in the West for his class. On the year he has accounted for 18 TDs (7 passing, 10 rushing, 1 receiving) in 4 games, as he is definitely in the mix if we are referencing POY honors. 18.[player_tooltip player_id="110174" first="Kaden" last="Huppin"] 5-11 175 ATH Westview- Huppin tests off the charts, currently averaging 19.3 YPC with multiple TDs. The Cats are loaded on the perimeter so the ball is continuously spread around. He is a big part of the future 19.[player_tooltip player_id="110183" first="Jayden" last="Moses"] 6-0 200 LB Grant- As most know Moses was one of only two athletes ([player_tooltip player_id="110179" first="Drew" last="Rodriguez"]) to earn all-conference honors as a freshman. He plays with a no non sense demeanor and anticipates incredibly well from his LB spot. 20.[player_tooltip player_id="205815" first="Tiger" last="Black"] 6-3 250 DL Roseburg- Black had a breakout Sophomore campaign earning 1st team All SWC honors. The Indians have been the talk of the state, winning 5 games in a row dating back to last year, after losing 10 straight. A lot of credit to Black for stepping up and being so influential early in his career. 21.[player_tooltip player_id="205823" first="Henry" last="Masters"] 6-3 210 LB Tigard- Masters earned all conference honors on both sides of the football as a Sophomore. He’s an athletic LB who will rank as one of Oregon’s most versatile. 22.[player_tooltip player_id="206771" first="Will" last="Wilson"] 6-3 215 LB Tualatin- Wilson has legit size and speed, and could jump up the rankings board quick. Instinctually he looks to be elite and should help one of Oregon’s top programs compete for a title. 23.[player_tooltip player_id="110204" first="Baylor" last="Corbin"] 6-2 175 WR Lakeridge- Corbin had a nice Sophomore year with 25 receptions for 332 yards, averaging 13.3 YPC in 5 games. Expect to hear much more from Corbin as the Pacers are TRL and state title contenders. 24.[player_tooltip player_id="147254" first="AJ" last="Perez"] 6-3 170 WR Tigard- One of the most intriguing recruits state wide in my opinion. Tigard doesn’t throw the ball much, but they should with this kid. AJ earned TRL all conference honors as a Sophomore and is also very effective defensively. 25.[player_tooltip player_id="205822" first="Payton" last="Roth"] 6-3 210 RB/LB Jesuit- The big back has already had a couple games with multiple TDs and 200+ yard type performances. He could very well end up on the defensive side of the ball at the next level.
