Because prospects continue to rise every week – especially during the season – we continue to shine a spotlight on the talent that may not get the star-rating or attention.
Throughout the course of the past year, we have been able to showcase and promote talent all over the state – as colleges and universities continue to follow and track the athletes we showcase.
Today, we have five more prospects to keep an eye on from across the sunshine state:
2023 – Aaron Davis, WR, 5-8, 160, Belle Glade Glades Central. In a season where the Raiders are going to rebuild, prospects like this – a quick and talented slot receiver – will be a spark this team will be able to use. Finished the opener with 9 catches for 145 yards, and in the process, established himself as a player to watch during his junior season.

2023 – Terrell James Terrell James 5'10" | 155 lbs | WR Hawthorne | 2023 FL , DE/TE, 6-5, 210, Lake Wales. Talk about being around the ball on every play, this is someone to certainly keep your eye on – as a pass rusher, run-stopper and an athlete who can play on either side of the ball and look impressive doing it. While he is still a work in progress, there is no getting around the fact that this is truly a football player that needs to be watched and evaluated throughout the season, as colleges are starting to see what he’s all about.

2022 – Michael LoMonaco, RB, 5-11, 190, Doral Academy. In the world of student/athletes, this is the blueprint for the kind of prospect that you are searching for. After a solid off-season, he has hit the ground running – hard! His 9 carries, 222 yards and 4 scores in just two quarters exposed him for the impressive runner he is. In the classroom, his 1300 SAT, 3.1 GPA and ability to prepare himself for the next level has colleges looking in his direction, and after what appears to be a productive final season, the interest will continue to follow.

2022 – Mike Mitchell, RB, 5-11, 205, Middleburg. When Ryan Wolfe took over as head coach in the off-season, he promised that every player on the team would get better over a period of a few months. One of those standouts who elevated his game is Mitchell, who will be counted on for his senior leadership as well as talent on the field. His opening night performance, which consisted of just two quarters, showed why he is going to be very special for this program moving forward. His 207 yards and 4 touchdowns paved the way on offense.

2022 – Alex Williams Alex Williams RB Wewahithka | 2022 FL , RB/LB, 6-2, 200, Wewahitchka. Here is a versatile talent that we brought you last season, and as the 2021 campaign got started this past week, this impressive prospect once again was on display – with schools such as Vanderbilt, who he recently de-committed from, Ole Miss and Florida A&M among the programs who have shown interest. In last week’s game, Williams finished with 193 yards and a touchdown for the Gators. He also added a passing touchdown as well.
