All of the preparation has led to this, as the journey to Lucas Oil Stadium begins this Friday night. With it finally being game week, we will be looking ahead to the full slate of action this Friday. To start, we will take a look at the quarterbacks in the northeastern portion of the state. With several intriguing matchups on the docket, let us take a look at three outstanding Northeast Indiana quarterbacks, who will face tough tests this week.

Carson Clark Carson Clark 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Bishop Luers | 2022 State IN led the Bishop Luers Knights to an appearance in the state championship game a season ago, and he will certainly have his sights set on a return to downtown Indy this year. However, the Knights will need a great performance from Clark right off the bat, as they face a difficult test against Carroll. Clark, who enters the season as the third-ranked quarterback and number 27 overall prospect in the Class of 2022, will face a tough Carroll defense, and he will have to outscore the offense that will be lead by Carroll’s Jeff Becker Jeff Becker 6'0" | 195 lbs | QB Carroll | 2022 State IN . But Clark will be ready for the challenge. Clark is a left-handed, pocket-passer quarterback, who possesses top-tier arm talent. He is excellent with his throws down the field, and he can drive the ball to the outside. Clark has the ability to zip a throw in when the window is tight, and he can put the right touch on the ball when he is attempting to lead the receiver. Clark is a very accurate passer, who can hit his target anywhere on the field.

Becker is a very accurate quarterback, who shows good composure. He reads the game well and does not get flustered. Becker has terrific arm strength, allowing him to drive the ball wherever he wants it to go. Becker uses his legs very effectively. He does well on run-pass-option plays, where there is always an option for him to keep it himself, as well as in scramble situations. Becker finds a way to pick up yards and keep the offense on the field. Not only does Becker have exceptional mobility, but he combines that with the ability to make terrific throws on the run.

Greg Bolt Greg Bolt 6'5" | 210 lbs | TE Columbia City | 2022 State IN has outstanding arm strength. This is shown on the outstanding deep ball that he throws. Bolt has terrific pocket presence, never getting phased with by the pressure. Bolt uses his legs well. He can extend plays, take off and pick up yardage and he can make throws while on the move. Bolt does a good job of stepping up in the pocket, as well as ejecting the pocket when he needs to.
