Trent Singleton Trent Singleton 6'0" | 185 lbs | ATH Raymond | 2022 State MS | QB | Raymond | SR
Singleton embodies the do it all athlete at the high school level. With success as both a track and football standout, Singleton possesses some the best overall athletic ability in the state. The Raymond HS duel threat had right at 3,000 all-purpose yards as a JR with 36 TD’s. A true ATH that most likely projects to the next level as a WR or DB, Singleton will be a handful for south Mississippi defenses. Mississippi State secured his commitment back in May.
Larry Simmons Larry Simmons 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR Moss Point | 2022 State MS | WR | Moss Point | SR
As coveted a WR as there is in the state this go around, Simmons had a huge JR season catching 45 passes for 847 yards and 10 TD’s. At 6″2 with a lean frame and a good burst off the ball, Simmons can line up just about anywhere as a wideout. Simmons easily passes the eye test and projects nicely to the next level. The Moss Point standout is committed to Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss.
CJ Hill CJ Hill 5'8" | 225 lbs | RB New Albany | 2022 State MS | RB | New Albany | SR
Hill is a bowling ball style north/south runner that comes downhill with vengeance. 4A defenses struggle to bring him down due to the physicality and power he runs with. Hill had over 1,200 yards with 15 TD’s in only 9 games last season and will look to lead the Bulldogs of New Albany. Under-recruited for the time being, Hill is a name to keep an eye on.
Isaac Smith Isaac Smith 6'2" | 180 lbs | ATH Itawamba Agricultural | 2023 State MS | ATH | Itawamba AHS | JR
You never know where Smith is going to line up and contribute. A true athlete with production on the hardwood of the basketball floor in addition to the football field, Smith had nearly 100 tackles and 6 INT’s as a Sophomore in a tough Northeast MS 4A division. He physically looks prepared to step on a Power 5 field already. Offers currently from MSU, Ole Miss, Notre Dame and West Virginia.
Carlos Brown Carlos Brown 5'9" | 195 lbs | RB Stone | 2022 State MS | RB | Stone | SR
Brown opened eyes across the state last season scoring 14 times in only 8 games with 1,315 rushing yards. Moving into Region 8-4A this year the Tomcats will look for Brown to lead the way again. Brown has an offer from Southern Miss.
