Luke Woodson Luke Woodson 5'11" | 190 lbs | ATH Deerfield | 2022 State IL Deerfield Twitter Highlights
Mr. Woodson is from Deerfield, he currently holds no offers and was on our 6A 1st Team All-State Team for his spring season performance. On offense, he’s quick off the line of scrimmage when he lines up at wideout and gets upfield quickly once he secures the catch. When he lines up at running back, he bursts through the line of scrimmage and breaks arm tackles by keeping his feet driving resulting in a big gain on the play. On defense, he has the closing speed to cover sideline to sideline as well as get pressure on the quarterback where on more than one occasion he makes the chase down sack. Overall, this young man is a sight to see on both sides of the ball and I expect his stock to increase once the fall season is concluded. If your program is looking for a young man that gets it done on both sides of the ball, go check out his highlight tape above to see if he’s a fit for your program.

Mr. Robbins is from Fairfield, he currently holds one offer from McKendree University and was on our 3A 1st Team All-State team for this past spring season. On offense, he gets upfield quickly after securing the catch specifically when he’s running a screen play and showcases his effort with multiple clips diving into the endzone as the defender is trying to bring him down. On defense, his ability to break on the ball once diagnosing the play is a sight to see which results in pass deflections and interceptions. There’s a play at the beginning of his highlight tape where he makes a good break on the ball and full extends himself as he dives in the air to come down with the interception. It’s plays like that which stand out about this young man, not to mention he has the closing speed to cover sideline to sideline as well as make open-field tackles.
